Horrible horrible horrible. Bad service. Bad attitude. Bad location. No parking. Staffs terrible attitude. Room no toilet paper. Call lobby for paper they tell me go get myself. Not cheap either. But good price for the firework festival. Thats only reason i stay here. Would no recommend this hotel. So bad. Room is big thou.

We were actually going to book another hotel, Cozy, but accidentally booked the wrong one because the names were similar. It was more expensive, the entrance was very narrow, and the parking lot was dark with no lights, so we parked on the street next to the hotel. The desk looked like it hadn't been cleaned, and the blankets and sheets weren't up to standard. We thought the price we paid (1700++ baht) was very expensive for the room we got. When we walked into the hotel, there was an Indian woman sleeping on the sofa as if it were her home. The staff who tried to get us to our room seemed annoyed (because our card wouldn't open). We usually book through axxx, this was the first time booking with Trip and this was the first time we've encountered this. It's our fault for not paying attention to the hotel names; they're often copied. You have to be careful. However, this xxx hotel was good because the air conditioning was cold. I already wrote a review, you can read it, but I gave it an excellent rating, although in reality it's a 3 out of 5. The hotel isn't a 4-star. There's cleaning service, but the room is dusty. The air conditioners are old but functional. The pool is clean, everything's fine. The rooftop is nice to hang out on in the evening. The gym is only for exercise, not for a serious workout. This time I decided to choose this hotel because it was not far from the bus stop for Suvarnabhumi Airport the next day. It seemed like the hotel's clientele was quite biased. Indian? The pool was amazing and easy to access from the room, and it felt just right for me, as hotels that are too large tend to be quite far away.
