Amazing sea views and a fantastic co-working space on the 27th floor — perfect for quiet work sessions. I stayed at The Base for a few days while working remotely, and honestly, this building surprised me in the best way. The location is super convenient — you can walk to the beach in a couple of minutes, and Central Festival is just down the road, so getting food or groceries was never a problem. What really made the stay special for me was the co-working space on the 27th floor. It’s bright, quiet, and the view is absolutely unbeatable — full ocean panorama, with almost no people around. I ended up spending a few mornings there just working, reading, and even meditating. It’s rare to find a place in Pattaya where you can actually concentrate, and this was perfect. The apartment itself was clean, modern and had everything I needed — big fridge, washing machine, strong Wi-Fi, and a comfortable balcony to sit outside in the evenings. The two swimming pools were also great: one more lively for relaxing in the sun, and the other perfect for swimming laps without feeling crowded. Overall, The Base felt like the right mix between a holiday spot and a place where you can actually get things done. I’d definitely stay here again.

Loved this city-center serviced apartment—Central Festival, the bar street, restaurants, and convenience stores are all within walking distance, so getting around is easy. The room was clean and the bed was comfortably supportive, which made for great sleep. The unit includes a full-size fridge and a kitchenette, perfect for simple meals; or you can eat out with plenty of choices downstairs. The building has two swimming pools that are lovely in the late afternoon. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable for work and streaming. Service stood out: the online team checked in every day to see if I wanted housekeeping, and a same-day extra clean was arranged quickly when I asked; otherwise, they were respectful and non-intrusive. Check-in/out was smooth with clear instructions. Note: elevators can be a bit busy at peak times—leaving a few minutes early helps. Overall, it combines the ease of a hotel with the flexibility of an apartment—ideal if you want comfort, convenience, and the option to cook. I’d happily stay again.

Hmm…Nth nice food near by. But is near to The Pier abt 15mins ride if your have planning to Koh Larn Island or to the Ocean Sky Pattya for dinner with sunset.

Stayed at Block B in 2 bedrooms unit. Unable to play local TV channel. Balcony no light, clothes drying rack at balcony is rusty . Provided cups, plates, cutlery but no dish to do washing. Toilet floor very slippery.We cleaned it to avoid accident happened. Window handle is broken.
