The front desk is okay. The male staff is good but the lady is not friendly and not helpful. Location is okay, not too near to eateries in view of the hot sun. Worth the price.

It is a very good hotel & good facilities, very close from sea beach & fully clean

Their service getting worst, especially the receptionist very unfriendly, no welcoming at all, very rude attitude, but the cleaning ladies are very nice. I paid everything in trip.com, but end up we still had to paid the extra Thai bhat $250 per night for my 8 years old boy, very unclear policies. We won’t be back anymore. Very disappointed experience!

It's a very good budget hotel; however, I booked it because it had a swimming pool. The pool was under renovation and could not be used; if I had known this before, I would have booked another hotel. This information should be sent to the customer beforehand!

Rooms are large and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. And it’s a great central location for heading in any direction. And for the price, it’s very good value. (I have to admit, I can’t honestly rate the amenities as we were in lockdown and most of them were closed. I didn’t think it fair to mark them down for that).
