I had a wonderful stay at August Suites. The location is unbeatable, with two 7-Eleven stores just downstairs, making it incredibly convenient. The room was very spacious, providing plenty of comfort during my trip, and the staff provided great, helpful service.
While the interior decor is a bit dated and showing its age, the overall value for money is exceptional. The only minor downside is the lack of power outlets near the bedside, which made charging devices overnight a bit inconvenient. I highly hope the management can improve this in the future.

This hotel offers decent value for money, and it's conveniently located not far from the beach. You can also walk to Big C pretty quickly.
However, the service is incredibly bad! After checking into the room, there was only hot water, no cold. I called for maintenance twice, and they both said someone would come to check it out, but after an hour, no one showed up. Eventually, I found an auntie in the hallway who helped me sort it out. The staff at the front desk mostly had a cold, indifferent attitude.
On the other hand, the bellhops were very friendly and welcoming, even late at night, always opening doors with a smile. If it weren't for them, I would have given the service a 0 out of 5.

August suites are centrally located close to the beach on the main drag of Pattaya. Close to cafes, restaurants and (if you need to) several 7-11s, it’s the perfect place to pitch yourself whilst enjoying the city.

Hotel set back off main rd, good location. Plenty of food, shopping etc close by on main rd. All staff were friendly. Expect to leave a 2000 baht deposit which is returned at checkout. Large room with queen bed. Smoking on balcony permitted.Clean hotel but a little tired and dated. I stayed in 2 different rooms and both had only 1 socket which was no where near the bed. I noted this from a previous review and bought a small travel extension lead with me, unfortunately it still wasn’t long enough. Wifi skips in and out, so it’s a No if you are a remote worker.

It was a very very bad experience. They have drunk person at reception at night, and behave bad with customers, so please never book this hotel , I think they have worst worst staff in all world .

Fantastic place to stay, the staff from top to bottom are great. The rooms are large but very quiet. Great central location. The 4 smiles is there is no cross trainer now, which was great for my knee problems.. That's why I have stayed here many times

Location was away from any noise if you like quiet but not too far from the beach and bars.
Rooms were large but a little out dated .
Pool could do with a bit of maintenance or a revamp otherwise a nice dip in the water to cool down is refreshing from the heat.
Checking in and out of the hotel was a breeze.
Staff are friendly and the boys are always there to greet you going in and out of the hotel,opening the glass doors for you.
