Grande Centre Point Pattaya

I've been to Pattaya dozens of times, and for the past few years, I've consistently stayed at this hotel. I stayed for a week each in January and July last year, and again for a week this time. I booked a room without breakfast, but at check-in, I was upgraded to a higher floor for around 850 baht a day, not including breakfast. The hotel service is excellent; the bellhops always greet you and offer assistance, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. The hotel is connected to Terminal 21, so you can walk directly into the mall from the lobby. The room size is decent, and it has a balcony with a sea view. The sea views from the Hilton here are even more stunning. There's an outdoor observation deck on the 32nd floor offering a more panoramic view, and you can even see the Sanctuary of Truth. The housekeeping staff are also wonderful; they keep everything spotless. I give them 40 baht in tips every day, as they really work the hardest. The drinks and water in the mini-fridge are replenished daily for free, and the pool is also great. Check-in is generally in the afternoon, so if you arrive early, you might need to store your luggage before returning to check in. The hotel's location is superb. Pattaya is a small city, and this hotel is very close to the beach. Tiffany's Show is right downstairs, and there's a Big C supermarket to the left when you exit. The night market is also downstairs and sometimes moves to the first floor of the mall. Every morning, there are various free classes available for an hour. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the same complex as Terminal 21, making dining and getting around super convenient!

The location is superb, and the sea-view deluxe corner room offers an amazing view directly facing the ocean. The service is thoughtful and attentive, and the facilities are well-maintained. The check-in experience was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Pattaya!

The location is fantastic, right downstairs there's a mall and a night market with lots of great food. However, definitely avoid booking a corner room. I thought it would be bigger, but it turned out to be a connecting room. The soundproofing was absolutely terrible; I could hear people talking and coughing next door clearly all night, and I woke up many times.

This hotel is perfectly located right by Terminal 21, it's very clean, and getting around is super convenient. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's delicious. It's also not a long walk to the Tiffany Show, so the location is definitely a plus. In the evenings, you just head downstairs to the T21 night market, though I found it a bit pricey and the food wasn't great. The hotel is also very close to the famous Pattaya Sunset Rainbow Avenue – you can walk there in about 10 minutes, and that's where you'll find Pattaya Beach.

Highly recommend staying on the 20th floor or higher for amazing views. The shopping center right downstairs is super convenient, opening at 11 AM. The Tiffany's Show is directly across the street, and if you walk a bit west, you'll reach the beach where you can take a boat to Coral Island – absolutely stunning!

Stayed here for three days, and it was a really tough three days. The room felt very stuffy; even though I requested a higher floor, there was barely any sea view – practically non-existent. They also didn't give me a room with a pool view. The bathroom was very dirty, and the toilet had a strong urine smell that persisted even after cleaning. The 'starry sky' ceiling was just okay, and the overall vibe was that of a cheap hotel. The pool was tiny, and there were no kid-friendly activities or amenities. Most importantly, I felt a sense of differential treatment – I wouldn't say outright discrimination, but whether it was the front desk, the cleaning staff, or the pool attendants, I always felt like Caucasians and Chinese guests were treated differently, which was very uncomfortable. In contrast, I later switched to the Holiday Inn next door (the Baytower selection with a sea view), and for a similar price, the experience was fantastic. The third photo shows the Holiday Inn's style, which felt much more like a proper vacation. This hotel is definitely on my blacklist.

Really liked it! The room was great and very clean, and the view was also excellent. The location is superb, right downstairs is Terminal 21. All the staff greeted us proactively and were very friendly. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

The hotel is located right above the 21 Mall, so you can start shopping as soon as you step out. The cleanliness is decent, and the swimming pool is quite large and enjoyable. The staff's attitude is acceptable. The only downside is that the air conditioning is a bit noisy, which might be a concern for light sleepers.
