Health Land Resort & Spa

Before booking, I looked at many hotels, and after comparing them, this one seemed much more convenient for getting around. The accommodation was much better than expected, with a large pool and nice landscaping, and it was quite quiet. I stayed for three days and was generally satisfied. The room facilities, equipment, and hygiene were standard. It had a big balcony, which was great for drying clothes. Service was also quite good; they provided transportation for luggage and even for breakfast in the mornings. The only thing that wasn't very pleasant was the check-out room inspection. It took quite a long time, and the cleaning lady doing the inspection wasn't very professional. First, she said a room key was missing, but after we told her where it was, she said she found it. Then, she claimed the slippers were gone. However, when we went to recheck, the bedsheets, duvet covers, and some other items had already been taken away. So, if things were missing from the room at that point, it's hard to say why. In the end, we even said we wanted to check the surveillance footage. Finally, the front desk spoke with the cleaning lady for a long time. Although we weren't charged in the end (the slippers were not disposable, and a missing pair would cost 200 Thai Baht), the whole process delayed us by about 40 minutes, which really dampened our mood. If a room inspection is necessary, it would be better to do it while the guests are still in the room and check everything before they leave, rather than making them wait at the front desk while you keep saying things are missing, which just causes delays.

The rooms are really nice, clean, and spacious. The entire mountain is part of the hotel, and the gardens are beautiful. The dessert shop and drinks downstairs were the best I had during my entire trip to Thailand, especially the Thai iced tea – I had one every day!

The room was spotless! The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel environment was also fantastic, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety. Definitely great value for money. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Pattaya!

This is a large hotel with a spa and restaurant, and the ambiance is great. It's conveniently located near shopping areas and plenty of dining options. Our room was a bit far, but there's a free shuttle service available, and it arrived quickly whenever we called. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.
