I saw that the room did not look like a deluxe studio room, but a superior room. I asked him, because this hotel is my second stay this year. I stayed in his house in January this year and also booked a deluxe studio room. He had a very bad attitude at the time and said that there was no way to solve it now, and I would talk about it tomorrow. I said that you have to pay me back the difference in the room price. As soon as he heard it, he immediately took out a wooden box from the counter, which was full of room door card keys. He found a door card key and held it in his hand without showing it to me. Then he asked me to follow him. When the elevator reached the third floor, he asked me to take all the things to the elevator door. He stood at the elevator door and did not help me to carry things. I opened the box and changed clothes as soon as I entered the room (I wore long clothes and long pants on the plane and in the car on the road with air conditioning, and the air conditioning was not turned on when I arrived at the hotel room). Suddenly it was very hot and some things had been taken out. I tidied up and took the things to the elevator door. He walked into the elevator and I followed him. When the elevator reached the fourth floor, he came out and walked to Room 401 and opened the door, then took the original key from my hand and left. He never said a word to me, nor did he have any expression or eyes, let alone any humility. This is something I have never seen in many hotels of all sizes and good and bad in the past years. Afterwards, I wondered why he did this? What benefits could he get from it? In China, if it is not the peak season, many hotels will basically help guests upgrade their rooms. I have often encountered this. This hotel not only does not accommodate the rooms reserved by the guests, but also downgrades the rooms. However, I know that Thai people are very methodical. Also, why did the male service lie that the rooms were fully booked, and then took out many room keys? After I stayed there, I carefully observed that there were indeed few rooms occupied in the hotel. This period is the off-season, and the occupancy rate of other hotels is very average. Through this incident, I have a deeper understanding of the work style and work attitude of Thai people, because I have come to Thailand many times to relax in the past seven or eight years, and I have a little understanding of Thai people. I still hope that Thai people will not leave superficial smiles on their faces, but do a good job of substantive service from the bottom of their hearts. due to covid situation causing no one to stay So I got a room that has been cleaned for a long time. When entering the floor there is a lot of dust. The corner of the bed has spiderwebs. I didn't try breakfast because I didn't wake up in time at 8:00-10:00, but the school was easy to find, next to the walking street.

A friend and myself have tried for weeks to cancel our 2 reservations and they will not answer any emails about it but before answered very quickly but not that’s it’s to cancel they become ghost.
