Great resort close to ferry pier and walking street. Nice pool and tennis courts. Staff is lovely and helpful, will definitely stay here again. Had lunch here and food was great!!

We were so happy to stay here! Unlike Pattaya, this hotel felt like a peaceful tropical paradise. The hotel is quite old, but the staff made everything so nice that we didn’t even focus on the small things. The reception and cleaning teams did a great job — they really made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was superb, the swimming pool was excellent, and the tour desk lady was very helpful with fair prices as well. We truly wish we could have stayed longer.

This place is always my go-to when I come to Pattaya. Great service and facilities. There is a reason that I keep coming back. The Breakfast Buffet is top-notch as well.

I live in Bangkok and am a frequent traveler to Pattaya. I stay at a lot of different hotels during my monthly trips. I had a friend visiting Pattaya from Australia and was staying here and highly recommended I stay here as well. I was not disappointed. The resort is stunning. The staff are extremely friendly. The location is perfect if like me you like to go to Walking Street. The room with pool view is big, and the balcony is large with a sofa for sitting. I can't recommend staying here enough. The only downside is that when you walk over the bridge to your room, you have to walk over the sewage stream. This is obviously out of the control of the resort, and does it's best to mask the sight and smell. This will now be my go to resort on my trips to Pattaya.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When I first checked into my room, I found spots on the blanket and bedsheets, and the area under the bed had clearly not been cleaned properly. Unfortunately, the cleanliness issue continued throughout the rest of my stay, as the room was never cleaned to an acceptable standard.
Additionally, there was constant noise coming from outside and from nearby rooms, which made it difficult to relax.
What made the experience worse was the interaction with the reception staff. Despite asking earlier about the latest possible checkout time and being told I could stay until 1:00 PM, I later received a call from the receptionist telling me, in a very impolite manner, that I had only 10 minutes to check out. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was very disappointing.
Overall, I expected service that matches a 5-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience fell far below that expectation.

hotel is old, decor need updating, especially the gym, all gym facility are outdated and lack of maintenance.
staff are nice, surrounding is acceptable. the river between the main building and rooms was very bad, dirty and very smelly.
