Always a great location. I just wish they were served before breakfast as their sister hotels provide. However, many food, options, and markets nearby.

This is a very beautiful and clean hotel with very good service. Although it is a big hotel, it does not look chaotic at all. It is very nice😁😁😁

A hotel I always use.. You can go anywhere Within a 10-minute walk There's McDonald's, Starbucks, and a shopping mall. It's good to use. The surrounding area is noisy at night. Not recommended for families.

Staff was awesome.. house keeping was great. They would show up at the same time every morning. Location is very good. Just a 2 minute walk to Metro. Beer garden right at the foot of the hotel. I will repeat this hotel

Very pleasant stay in March 2024 (10 days) at the LK Residence hotel. Spacious, pleasant and quiet “studio” room (room overlooking the rear of the hotel). Housekeeping and room maintenance carried out daily with care. Staff, very welcoming, discreet and efficient. Very convenient access on foot to the soi LK Metro area and also to the tree town food court. Walking street also very accessible via bathbus or mototaxi. Formula without breakfast (many cafes available for this, accessible in 2 to 5 minutes on foot).

Excellent Hotel and staff. Only compliant is that the sauna and steam room were not working.

Ok hotel. Jacussi tub was a nice surprise. Free parking turned up to be at the LK Metropole 250 m away. A little bit inconveniant. Location very good for restaurants. No breakfast possibilities.

Good facilities in large clean comfortable rooms. Ideal location for nightlife and shopping

The suite is excellent. The only small bad thing i can say is that the tv is a little old, thats all. I also gad a great experience with the cleaning staff. The boy that cleaned our room found my ring and left it on the table in the room. I was sure it was gone and if someone would have found it, they would have taken it. I gave him a good tip as thanks but i dont think he understood how much that meant to me. Thank you

WARNING: the hotel is in desperate need of a remodel that seems like hasn’t been done in at least 25 years. This is not a 3 1/2 to 4 star hotel. Everything is worn out and falling apart, and realistically a 2 star at best. The walls are supposed to be white but are grey with dirt marks all over them, the ends of the planks on the laminate wood floor are peeling up and have large gaps between them which can hurt your bare feet, the rooms have a heavy stench of must and cigarette smoke, the finish on every piece of wood furniture has heavy worn out marks, the tv is small with a very fuzzy picture on every channel making the tv unwatchable, my room had a jacuzzi that was also the shower with no shower curtain so the bathroom floor and the toilet got soaked every shower and you cannot use the toilet for hours without your feet getting wet, the provided soap and shampoo were terrible so plan on buying your own, the upholstery on the furniture was stained and worn out which I avoided to touch. The hotel os located in a central area, but next to a bar which has very loud and bad live music every night until 3AM. Trust me you will not be able to sleep. Being on the 5th floor did‘t help. I travel often and this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I booked a non refundable room and management refused to give me a refund after I expressed how disappointed I was with the room. Not a good hotel for families or couples. Guys with guests will be charged a 500 baht joiner fee.

The complimentary orange juice in the morning is a nice touch.

A regular for me, big rooms, a little dated but clean, unbeatable location, good value for money.
