An older hotel being brought back to life. Large nicely decorated rooms with kitchens like an apartment. Nice beds with comfortable bedding. Mine had a good sized balcony. The staff was very nice. These would make great family vacation rooms where it would be nice to be able to make lunch for the children. Two short blocks to the beach.

I always stay at Nirvana Suites as it offers the best value for money, rooms are huge, service is excellent. It is my home away from home.

It looks OK in the pictures, but it's really speechless when you actually go there. It's in a small alley, not to mention that there are no slippers or toothbrushes. If they are not provided, it doesn't matter. You can remind them when booking the room, so that you can prepare in advance. The room is big enough, but there are many mosquitoes, and there are many bars next to it. Fortunately, when we went there, the Wanfo Festival did not allow bars to open. The sheets are very damp and have a little smell. The air conditioner is like a tractor when it is turned on. In short, it is a terrible experience. The only winning point is that the price is cheap and it is very close to the beach.

Very good homely hotel, few rooms, no noise. Excellent location on a quiet street, close to 2 night markets, which is very convenient, many different cafes, shops, the beach 200 meters from the hotel. The hotel has very tasty breakfasts, I enjoyed eating their Thai ones the dishes are very tasty. The room is cleaned every day, linen and towels are changed too. The room has a kitchen, which is also very convenient, we bought shrimp and cooked them ourselves. Special thanks to the staff for their attitude towards vacationers, they will always help if you need anything, everything very friendly. The holiday was a success, thanks to everyone!🥰

The hotel is very good. The decoration is exquisite. I like it very much. The service is friendly. Breakfast is served from 8 to 11 o'clock. It's perfect for lazy people.

Not enough air conditioning at all

Overpriced in comparison to Pattaya's nicer hotels. Good location close to the beach. The staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms are spacious with Kitchenette & balcony, but the floor tiles are difficult to walk on because of how deep and wide their spaces are (grooved). Take into consideration that there is no elevator and the stairs are so steep with narrow treads, it is a struggle to reach your floor. Weak soundproofing allows you to hear music from the bars across from the hotel and and the movements of vehicles in your room. Fortunately, the area isn't very crowded. The breakfast is basic but enough to start your day. Good WiFi. On my next visit to Pattaya, I would prefer to look for a different accommodation in the same neighbourhood.

Nirvana Boutique Suites is an absolute gem of a property. Everything from the breakfast to the room were superb. I really appreciated the fantastic staff and how they made my kids and I feel at home. It is a stone's throw from the beach with a clean and child friendly pool. I liked it so much that I made a reservation for the next time I'll be in the neighborhood.

The hotel was average with problems with the shower and the bathroom.At the time of my stay the hotel was subject to restrictions due to covid rendering the restaurant closure and the swimming was never in use! This was pictured in the brochure and is therefore misrepresentation to potential customers. The hotel has no elevator. The owner was dishonest and stole items from my room which was discovered on my return post covid and he has refused to answer my emails!

It was nice enough. The included breakfast filled you up enough. It's in a quiet street within walking distance to the beach. If you're looking for a relaxed vibe, then this would suit you. Close enough to everything you may need. Nice food nearby and lots of foreigners around.

We have stayed more than 10 times in this hotel, the welcome is always pleasant, the employees are friendly, always a little word despite the language barrier. Breakfast is again a buffet and this is a positive point despite the fact that the dishes are often cold and the eggs are much overcooked!!!!! nice little swimming pool when we return from our walks in this torrid heat. the apartment itself is starting to get tired, it needs a little renovation and above all improved cleaning of the rooms because it's not great.... the fridge is really dirty and the floor is black..... before we had this apartment for around thirty euros it was very good value for money now at 50 euros it's starting to be more good value for money..... the location is great a stone's throw from any bar restaurant local market and good! !! seven eleven beach... good potential but not developed. despite all these points we will come back hoping that they will make a big effort on maintenance and cleaning.

We returned to this hotel where we have already been dozens of times. The welcome is always friendly. The staff are discreet but cool. One bedroom room with two air conditioning units, unlimited hot water, TV fridge freezer, kitchen area with stove and saucepan, bathtub, separate bedroom, balcony not overlooked. Slightly sloppy cleaning as is often the case in Thailand. Small swimming pool. Street 4 is quite quiet, the rooms are well soundproofed. The only small problem is the breakfasts. They removed the buffet and now it's on the plate apart from the white bread, orange juice, raw vegetables and fruit. The problem is that at 10 a.m. on the one hand over 15 days there are only a few times where there was some raw and growing fruit left, the other times nothing more and as soon as there are more than ten people you have to wait more 30 minutes for two fried eggs... Too bad that's the only negative point. The world has returned, we need to put back a small buffet, it would be more practical for you and for the customers. But hey that won't stop us from coming back soon and thank you to all the staff

We rested at the end of November 2022 with a 5-year-old child together, the tourists had just left, so it was pretty quiet throughout Jomtien. The room was sooooo big, interesting vases, figurines, a big fridge, 2 bottles of water per person, a beautiful and unusual bathroom, a small balcony with furniture. There is no elevator, the stairs are quite steep, I was worried about the child, but everything was fine. Of course, it is better for older people to take rooms on the 1-2 floor. The pool is small, went there 2 times for a quick dip. Breakfast is very good, although the choice is not very large. For the first time I tried stewed vegetables with chicken, which are often found in hotels, but here they were just some extraordinarily tasty! The child also always found something to eat: scrambled eggs or boiled eggs, toast with jam, the same stewed vegetables, sausages. You can have breakfast at a table outside. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is right at home, the child will always wave, smile. Room cleaning is good daily. Beach towels are provided. To the night market about 20 minutes on foot, to the center by tuk-tuk, also about 20 minutes to go. Nearby there are many inexpensive tasty noodle shops, 7-eleven. If you go along the road to the right, then after 5 minutes just the beginning of Jomtien beach, and even more to the right is Dong Tan beach, where palm trees grow quite densely and no sun loungers and umbrellas are needed. You can walk along the promenade towards Pattaya Park in the evenings, a very pleasant calm atmosphere. In general, after 7 times in Pattaya, I definitely consider this hotel one of the best, the room is generally uniquely decorated more interesting than in the Hilton. The location is also very good. I recommend it to everyone, although the prices have now become significantly higher.
