The environment is elegant, and the scenery is beautiful. The hygiene is also good. However, the service from the doormen is quite strange. We stayed for six nights, and they never greeted guests, even when we arrived back at the hotel entrance by taxi. For a five-star hotel, this service is quite unusual.

Nice hotel with very helpful staffs. Peaceful feeling with sense of privacy didn’t feel like we are in pattaya at all. A little small beach due to the location of the hotel which locating on a cliff. The staffs are so nice and very helpful really love that hospitalities. The dining room is so romantic with the sunset view and delicious Italian food.

The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, always ready to help with any request. The sunset sea view was absolutely stunning. Although the hotel isn't large, it's elegant and comfortable. I'd definitely choose InterContinental again next time.

InterContinental Pattaya boasts beautiful scenery and consistently excellent service.
The InterContinental Club privileges are fantastic: check-in is handled in the lounge, where you can enjoy Thai milk tea, coffee, and juice. Afternoon tea is served at 2:30 PM, and cocktails are available in the evening. The atmosphere is very peaceful. I highly recommend having breakfast at the lounge; it's exquisite, à la carte, and of high quality. The 'Pad Krapow' (stir-fried basil rice) is absolutely delicious.
I also experienced the hotel's massage. The essential oil massage had a wonderful ambiance, and the technique was skillful. I was very satisfied.
If you enjoy peace and quiet, this is the perfect place to relax for a few days.

I've always loved the InterContinental's style for my vacations, and this one blends beautifully with the tropical nature. The environment is stunning, and every staff member is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping staff are very diligent. My only regret is that despite having beach loungers with a waterfront view, there's no actual swimming beach. Also, the breakfast selection isn't very extensive.
