I recently stayed at a charming hotel that exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. The cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. One of the best features of this hotel is its convenient location. It’s just a short walk to a variety of stores and restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite or do some shopping. Plus, the beach is only about 2 km away, which was perfect for my daily strolls by the shore. There's also a mall nearby for those who love exploring shops. Overall, my stay was delightful, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!

The hygiene was acceptable, no cockroaches, quite clean. The air conditioning was very loud. Most of the guests were Russian. The staff's attitude was okay, not overly warm or cold, but you could sense a bit of emotion if you asked too many questions, which is normal. Basic requests were generally met, but there were no slippers. The location is good, very close to Terminal 21.

hotel is good, near the beach but the amenities not that good, arrive in the hotel 12 but the receptionist adv. 2pm check-in waited for couple hours in the hotel. There is a black-out from time to time and very hot waiting in the hotel lobby. when it’s time to check-in we can’t go to our respective rooms because no electricity, receptionist said need to wait 20 minutes before we can go to the rooms it was past 20 minutes and we still can’t go to our room. waited for almost an hour again in the lobby without AC very hot hahahahaahhahahaha it’s sad thoo they not even give even water to the guest waiting in the lobby or any compensation for the inconveniences. 🤗 honest review 🫶🏻

The location is fantastic, right on Pattaya's busiest street. The room itself is very spacious, with a separate living area. It's decorated in a cool, dark color scheme. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Staff are really friendly and always smile that really worth . You can easily get ABF on the floor, and prices are reasonable. Hotel receptionist Aunty is the best ! She will guide you through whatever you need anything.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help whenever needed. The service was outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The location was convenient, and all the facilities were well-maintained. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the effort made to ensure guests had a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and good value for money. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

I arrived at the accommodation sometime around noon or early afternoon, I'm not quite sure. I met a slightly larger woman who told me to wait until 2 PM for the room to be ready. It seemed like she was busy, perhaps filling in for the housekeeper. So, I checked the Trip.com app, and it showed that check-in was available from 10 AM onwards. I asked if the system was wrong. She then took a photo with her phone and complained that the app never gets updated. She asked for my booking number. It turned out there was a key under a piece of paper on the counter. She had me sign to confirm my stay. I got a room on the second floor, next to the stairs. Good thing I followed up with her, otherwise, I would have waited for nothing. Turns out the room was already ready with the key waiting. The room itself was very spacious and quite clean. It had a sliding glass window, but it was very stiff to open. When opened, it faced an air conditioner compressor covered in bird droppings. You could see people and a temple, so I guess it's behind a temple, I'm not sure. In the bathroom, the shower water pressure was strong but didn't spray out well. The water heater was built-in, but the water wasn't very warm, and there were no adjustments. There was a hairdryer, a mini-fridge, and the TV was very clear because I adjusted it myself. Parking was good, with a covered area in front of the building for sun and rain protection, but it was quite dirty. Behind the building, there was a small swimming pool where some foreigners were reading, sunbathing. The entrance/exit gate was good, it opened automatically. Late at night, it still opened automatically, but to get in, you had to scan your key card at the keypad. Good safety. I would quite recommend it. The price is cheap, and you can walk to a convenience store.👍👍👍👍👍
