Hello. We stayed at the hotel for only 2 nights and were checked out by the management and we were told that the amount will be returned to the visa card and so far the deposit has not been made. Why please reply

The hotel was clean and nice. We realized when we looked at the doors from the inside that the back doors are locked in the winter. However, the sign on the outside says they close at 10 pm. Most of the parking is on the backside of the hotel. We got there at 9 pm and thought we'd be able to go in the back doors but they were locked. It would be nice if they opened with a key like the one on the side. It was 32 degrees and dark, and I consider it a safety hazard to have to park in the back and walk around to the front in the dark. Probably won't stay there again in the winter time.
Also, the hotel said there would be a hold for $25 on my debit card, but there actually ended up being two, so it was $50 total. I assume I will get that back.
