+: Very pretty hotel, very large room with small outdoor table in a calm and relaxing setting. Large and comfortable bed, very clean. Brand new excellent spa. Beauty/hygiene accessories provided.
-: At reception, familiar language from the receptionist "wait, I'm calling Lolo!". Likewise, the receptionist's promise to remove the excess bed from our room was not kept. Forgot dressing gowns for the spa, no apologies from reception. Does not warn that the hammam is broken. No instructions on arrival on how to get around this large hotel or even empty the car, always having to go to reception to get basic information.

Trés décus par notre séjour La salle de bain est très inconfortable, la baignoire n’est vraiment pas pratique à enjamber,pas de pression, l’eau se règle très mal soit eau chaude ou eau froide . Il fait trop chaud , le thermostat ne peut aller en dessous de 21°5. Cet établissement ne correspond plus à un 5 étoiles. Très déçu. La piscine est en décrépitude complète.

Tout a été parfait! Les équipes sont extrêmement professionnelles et surtout d une extrême gentillesse… L hôtel est impeccable, bourré de charme et vraiment agréable. Les suites (4 et 6) sont très confortables, offrant quiétude, style et esthétisme avec toutes les commodités de rigueur. La literie est excellente Avec son parc aux arbres centenaires, ses jardins verdoyants la demeure offre un confort de vie paisible et agréable …les équipes amenant toute la douceur d un séjour réussi. Le restaurant format bistrot offre des plats simples mais délicieux, généreux et raffinés, avec une excellente collection de vins. J ai eu une petite galère pendant le séjour, ils y ont répondu enlevant le stress que cela aurait pu générer sur mes vacances et je les remercie encore pour cela (pneu crevé). Je les félicite donc pour leur sérieux, leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Ça fait plaisir d avoir des gens passionnés, qui aiment leur métier et leurs clients! On reviendra très vite!

Dès l'entrée dans le parc, le calme quel plaisir. Petit écureuil sur le parking. Acceuil est chaleureux et naturel. La chambre est parfaite. Quel plaisir de dîner face aux Pyrénées !! Le spa est impeccable. La nuit est au calme. Le petit déjeuner c'est très bien passé, un peu long pour les oeufs.

Toujours un plaisir d’arriver la Nuit avec cette belle vue sur la demeure. Baisse de standing avec de grosses taches sur la moquette des couloirs, la peinture du mur de notre chambre qui sautent et surtout un clim bloqué à 25 degrés la nuit, avec obligation s’ouvrir la fenêtre pour dormir ( 8 degrés dehors). Problème qui est connu car confirme par la réceptionniste à notre départ. Petit déjeuner quelconque pour un 5 étoiles. Il me semble que le the a la menthe est la base mais pas en stock. Globalement déçu par rapport au dernières fois.

Un dîner en famille. Des plats excellents, un service top. Le personnel très agréable et attentionné. Des produits frais, de qualités, très bien travaillés. Un visuel dans l assiette qui donne très envie de déguster les plats. Nous avons passé un excellent moment.

Un repas au petit oignon malgré l'entrée où on a eu un mécontentement le serveur nous as fais un geste commercial nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir merci pour l'accueil et merci surtout de nous avoir accepté on a privatiser le Bistrot petit clin d'oeil au serveur
