Bon endroit et agréable mais le service à la réception n'est pas le meilleur. Service au bar lent pour prendre un verre l'après-midi.

Nuit magique passée au parc Beaumont. Chambre suite exceptionnelle. Personnel d’une amabilité remarquable et très prévenant. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation dans ce bel hôtel pour visiter plus amplement cette très belle ville de Pau.

Review of MGallery Hotel Parc Beaumont - Pau, France. Just spent 1 night here and very happy. The staff were very welcoming and obliging. We were given a room overlooking the park and they provided a map of the town explaining where everything was. Provided with complimentary drinks and as we left offered bottles of water for our drive. We had booked parking but when we arrived they said they weren’t busy and we could park out front for free or in the garage , as booked, for €15/day. We of course parked for free. The room itself was quite large, huge bed, 3 chairs to sit in (most hotels only provide 1) and had a shower plus a seperate bath. The toilet was in its own space - bonus. Plenty of cupboard space as well. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and admire the stunning view of the Pyrenees. The restaurant was closed for dinner so we had dinner in the bar. We both had the special duck - delicious. Breakfast was in the dining room with a good buffet selection. Would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits à l’hôtel Parc Beaumont et nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et l’amabilité du personnel. La chambre côté parc que nous avions était très calme, propre et spacieuse, avec une literie de qualité. Elle comportait tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous avons dîné à la brasserie et avons apprécié la qualité du menu ainsi que les conseils avisé du barman. Le spa (piscine, saune et hammam) est bienvenu pour se détendre et passer un moment au calme. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et de qualité, avec un choix varié dont des produits locaux, ainsi que des options vegan et sans gluten (sans lactose à la demande). Un grand merci à toute l’équipe! Nous recommandons !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l’hôtel. Très bon accueil, personnel souriant, la chambre est très agréable et confortable, avec une magnifique vue sur les sommets enneigées. Nous avons également pu profiter du spa et d’un petit déjeuner très complet ! À refaire très vite

Voilà un hôtel 5 étoiles où on se sent comme chez soi;tout est pensé pour que vous puissiez passer un séjour agréable. Le spa est très agréable et les massages sont de qualité tout comme les produits Sothys.Nous avons testé la brasserie "Grand Prix",un peu déçus par le choix restreint de la carte et des plats du jour.Seul bémol. Notre chambre, donnant sur le parc,était très confortable. Personnel de la réception et des petits déjeuners très disponibles. (petits déjeuners très complets). Que dire de plus si ce n'est que nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nous étions deux à vouloir déjeuner rapidement au bar mais contrairement au classement 5 * affiché, il nous a été impossible d’être servis ! Je ne connais pas d’hôtels de luxe qui refuse des clients…je suis habitué à la tradition française du vrai luxe qui trouve toujours une solution. Attention à ne pas décevoir vos clients en leur laissant croire que vous êtes à l’égal d’un cinq étoiles d’une capitale ou d’une grande ville…j avais oublié un détail j’étais à Pau.
