Cove Haven Resort

We stayed in the Juliette and the amenities were kind of dated. Light switch panels were cracked, toilet had to be flushed twice, shower liner was broken so there were some gaping holes on the floor to watch out for. Called guest services after we checked in about the toilet (thinking it was clogged) and they said they’d let maintenance know only to find out the next morning they don’t come in til 8. Would have been nice to know so I didn’t stay up til 11 waiting for them. But really, the vibe was kind of like the resort from Dirty Dancing (sans Patrick Swazey RIP). Lots of things to do but just kind of felt dated. And the WiFi was unavailable Saturday morning til like noon. Did not have the time of my life but Baby was definitely not put in a corner. I’d recommend going just for the experience but I don’t think we’ll return.

The bed/pillows were very uncomfortable. Having to climb everywhere zapped energy and we did not feel like going to activities. The deer were the best part of the trip. Food was disappointing. In room pool is a great feature that is impossible to find elsewhere.

Like the fact is quiet. However, garbage disposal around apple garden was dirty. Ceiling outside apple garden was uncovered in so many areas. There was no ice machine near by , no microwave in the room. They should ice machines around apple garden areas.same way they should have smart TV instead of regular TV.

Everything was super clean and everyone was really nice. Everything as advertised. Went there with my husband for our anniversary and we got the breakfast and dinner which they both were very good and it was really nice my only complaint is the pool inside the rooms arevery small but perfect for couple's loved it weve been many times and will continue to come. This time there were alot of deer everywhere which was nice

We loved the champagne tower room! The heart shaped pool was super romantic. Dinner and breakfast was top notch delicious! We had such a fun time playing pool and bowling. We especially loved feeding the deer! It was such treat to see them up close! The staff was friendly and helpful. We had an amazing time!

It was a fun, peaceful stay, but I wish someone had advised us about the Forever Club before we checked out. This is our third stay where they didn't offer until after and they wouldn't credit the current stay for points. Seems like a bit of a money grab to me. We come every five years (this was our 10th anniversary), so i forget by the time we come back, but it would have added up by now. Also, the bed had a dip in the middle which was kind of uncomfortable, and the dining hall had a stale odor. We could have enjoyed more variety in the venues. IT was the same selection for dinner for 5 nights, but there were about 8 to 10 entrees from which to choose. I really wish the basketball hoop wasn't crooked. I would have loved to have gotten up some practice while I was there. The Disney creatures (deer, squirrels, ducks, chipmunks) were such a big part of the serenity and peacefulness. The campus was well kept and clean overall, and the couples games were fun with the CXO. The resort is easy to maneuver and we enjoy meeting the other couples. The staff is incredibly pleasant, patient and accommodating. Also, driving up to the entrance and down that hill is a great welcome to the resort. Just something about it. Overall, it's still a wonderful couples trip and we,plan to go back. The cons were relatively minor compared to the memories and the pros. Lastly, we visited on a really low population week. So we garnered a little extra attention from the staff. We even won a lot of the couples games and earned a free night's stay with one of the CXOs Impossible Games. Enjoy your stay.

basically everything was pleasent :) Me and my Hubby were surprised about how many deer were around and the fact that they were very nice. My husband loved how he could feed the animals and that they were so tamed. The Champagne room was very nice and the pool was very comfortable. Again, my hubby loved the pool alot as well. The Game room was awesome and the staff and just everything about it was very wonderful of an experience. Thank You all!!
