The property was under construction we reached there at 02:00 am, location was not described so we called the hotel guy and delhi office too but they did not respond. We had to wait in the jungle with 65 year old mother and a 3 month old kid. In the car the whole night and in the morning 05:30 the hotel guy picks up the call and sends the location and when we reach the location the guy says the booking is not acceptable as we booked for 27-28. Althought the booking on mm t was made at 11:45 pm 27 th april. We had to strangle and kill the time in the car

We had a wonderful stay at aranyam. The food was good, staff was very helpful, courteous and prompt. The rooms are well maintained. The location is good too. Only caution: you have to walk for 300 to 400 mtrs from the road to reach the property and vice a versa. This walk can be challenging for for people who have difficulty in climbing stairs, inclines and declines.

Host are very welcoming and accomodating. They customised tasty food for my lil one, as per our needs. Well maintained and b'ful property. Given one star less only for my personal preference for the location. Otherwise nothing to complain about if you want to stay near the river stream. Will definitely come back, when the rush on the neelkanth road approcahing to this property is little less.

This hotel is a drive out of rishikesh but offers the most amazing views. The staff is courteous and pleasant. Breakfast is made fresh and served hot - fabulous! please note, it’s approximately a 300-400m walk to the property which may not be suitable to all.

Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful- to the point of following up on our choice for each meal without fail. They regularly sanitized the common area and were very particular about hygiene and safety protocols. Property is away from all the crowds and gives you a personal river front (almost as there is no hotel in vicinity) and has beautiful views. We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit back soon.

The property doesn't have a reserved parking space. You will have to park on the road. During monsoon it becomes risky because big rocks can slide down the hill and hit your car. A rock just fell on the road 100 m away; luckily no one was around. Moreover, moving traffic can hit your car because of blind turns on the hill. Their meal timings are late 8. 30 am onward s breakfast is served and 8. 30 pm onward s dinner. We and a couple of other guests had to wait for the food to be ready. Food is good though. Room was not clean. There were spider webs in the furniture.

Cozy, private with minimal disturbance, near to adventure activity hub jumping heights and beautiful trails and treks all around the property. The stream next to it flows clear and clean water. Great place to watch birds.
