Kings' Valley Medical & Spa Hotel

Excellent pools, the outdoors semi-Olympics pool allows good swimmers to enjoy swimming and sun tanning at the same time. Breakfast is unbeatable, numerous choices and good quality.

Definitely not worth 400 BGN per night. We stayed twice at King's Valley Hotel, the first time in August 2024 and again in September 2024. The overall experience is good, because there are several pools for kids, rooms are nice and clean. However, we were disappointed by the quality of the food during our second stay at this hotel. I can definitely say that there was little variety of food offering, it was low quality and badly cooked. It is more like 3 star hotel when it comes to food. We won't visit the hotel again since there are better alternatives for around 400 BGN per night.

I came on September 25 for three days at I stayed at the hotel. The place was unbelievable, attractive, clean bright and well organized. Checking in was smooth as candy. The room was very clean and, everything looked just perfect. The spa is exceptionally clean and has everything you would need. I have been an executive chef for 30 years so of course the food was very important for me. The buffet was as good or better than buffets in Las Vegas I had been to.Breakfast buffet was all you can enjoy from the juices to the fruits to the hot food and cold food was just fantastic. Going to dinner I met the executive chef who came by. His name was.HRISTO ICHEV . We had a brief chat and talked about his work and kitchen staff. At dinner the presentation, organization and food was top-notch, delicious ,lots of variety. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, I’m looking forward to coming back here again. There was nothing that I could say that I did not enjoy well done to all the staff in the hotel and in the dining room for making our stay pleasant. Beautiful hotel with high ceilings everywhere and spacious rooms. Great spa area with very professional therapists and vast choice of procedures. I think is to luxuriously done for the area where is build so gets underused. The staff is young and helpful but needs a bit of more training. The coffee in the room is only complementary on the first night of stay but if you stay longer you need to pay for refill which we found unusual for 5 * hotel. The breakfast is mainly continental and local cousins which again slightly underrating. We had a great week there as it’s close to town of Kazanlak and surrounding Rose Valley.

Hotel is brutal . One of the best places I've been to and I've been to a lot of places. It has everything. Don't listen to some sour Karens that have organic reasons to be grumpy if you get my meaning 😀 Restaurants, bars , pools , spa is just incredible. The rooms are spacious luxurious and new. The staff is polite and helpful . I mean what more is there ? There are luxurious hotels around the world but....they are old and dated. Bulgaria in principle has new modern and luxurious hotels. That's a huge plus. It's not only this one .They are all over

We visited the hotel on the recommendations of friends, which were very good. Unfortunately the stay was disappointingThe rooms are large and because it is a new hotel they are relatively clean. For a 4 night stay the rooms were not cleaned once. Every day it was necessary to call reception to send a maid. Connecting to reception is also a mission impossible. Answer is received after 5-6 rings. On the very first day, the liquid soap ran out, and there was only soap in the bathroom, but no shampoo. We spoke to reception and were promised they would send someone over. Nobody came. The next day, after another call to the front desk, a maid appeared to stock shampoo and soap and change towels. That was just the maintenance of the room. No mopping, cleaning or vacuuming. On the last day we went up to the room from the pool around 16.30 and the room was again not serviced despite the cleaning system being on. This time from reception they were quick, but again only changing sheets and towels. All this in a hotel rated as 5 stars. Additionally, the food at breakfast and dinner is extremely uniform. Semi-finished mini-sized croissants, rock-hard waffles and low-quality stale fruits and vegetables. For 4 days, the only difference in the assortment was the roast meat. The overall impressions for me and my family were poor room service, untrained and at times inadequate staff. The high prices do not match the service received. Recommendation to the hotel management to pay attention to the details - unmaintained and overgrown paths around the pool and pots with sharp and stinging plants. Lots of bees and wasps around the pool, which increases the risk of accidents. Unfortunately I won't be back and wouldn't recommend.

Only in Bulgaria will you find a brand new “five star hotel” with 2/3 elevators broken. Screaming misbehaved children running amok through the pool and spa area really help to complete your “five star” experience. Do not expect anything that even remotely approximates a five star experience here.

True Paradise! Magnificent hotel! Outstanding place to enjoy a true relaxation! Luxury stylish place! The hotel is fascinating, perfectly clean, spacy, outstanding SPA resort, excellent food and verity of wines! I will visit you again and again! Thank you for the unforgeable stay!
