We only ordered rellenong bangus and it took more than an hour. I think they wouldn’t have cooked it even if we didn’t follow up. No one even bothered to tell us about the status pf the food if it’s gonna take a while or not. Really disappointing.

Stayed 7 nights-prepaid RSVP. Read other reviews & stay elsewhere Hotel staff told me CORPORATE Hotel therefore NO POOL yet ZERO Discount for Corporate travel. General Manager told me they wished they had a POOL 🏊🏿 IloIlo is very, very hot POOL 🏊🏿 should have been built Windows are single-pane allowing noise from ROAD & CONSTRUCTION 🚧 Very, very LOUD Hotel-everything echoes throughout: elevator, sneezing 🤧 Was in Presidential Suite & requested another room due to NOISE & CONSTRUCTION next door, Hotel EMPLOYEES “didn’t notice the sound”! After I changed rooms Manager changed policy & no longer rents PRESIDENTIAL due to NOISE & NUMEROUS Guest complaints BREAKFAST is an absolute JOKE as numerous other Reviewer’s wrote Never received proper: towel’s, wash cloth, hand towel nor bath mat If you stay, bring EAR 👂 PLUGS! Hotel doesn’t know what it’s doing whatsoever Marriott IloIlo caters to CORPORATE & Family while LESS expensive $ Wouldn’t pay more than $20 night & really suggest staying elsewhere Changes in MANAGEMENT & Employees should be considered
