I’m pretty disappointed with this booking. The hotel staff greeting was as cold as the shower... no matter how long I left the water on, it wouldn’t warm up. I felt like I was in a basement with the concrete walls and floors. Simple amenities like a hairdryer were nowhere to be found. To top it off, construction started right outside my 1st floor window at 7am. A dollar for an apple for breakfast. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

We loved our stay. The rooms are gorgeous and was an easy Uber ride to our concert.

On arriving at the hotel, there is no sign to indicate you’ve arrived or where to go to park. Parking is across the street in an uncovered outdoor lot. The hotel-owned spaces were full so parking for hotel guests was going into an overflow lot. I prepaid for a river view king room but that wasn’t what I got and they said they had no other rooms. My room overlooked a back patio area, trees and a highway. Arriving in the 2nd floor room, the lounge below was hosting an event with a deejay so loud I couldn’t hear the TV in my room. The bathroom sink is tiny, shallow and rectangular, not round. So, water splashed on the floor when I washed my face. I’ll stop here, but if you think Tapestry by Hilton properties are good, this property checks all the boxes of what NOT to do for the guest experience.

Very nice place and if I ever go back that way I would def stay there again. Job well done !!!

Great stay. The only downside is personal. I like a microwave in my room. There is one down the hall though. The shower is neuveau style glass and open at the top, Door is barn door style. Great if you like to hear your parner do their businees and watch their profile when they shower. Staff was really friendly and efficient. Parking is great. Shopping and dining abound It was too cold and wet to enjoy their patio by the river.

Really enjoyed our stay in this funky, cool, modern industrial hotel. Free parking across street. Easy check in. We utilized river view corner suite. Gorgeous views from giant windows. Could not ask for more. The shower is SIMPLY DIVINE. Large, steaming hot, with rainfall shower head and the Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries available were nice touch. Bed was amazingly comfortable and we both slept great. Fresh crisp line and fluffy pillows. We were the closest room the elevator and did not hear it at all which is awesome! Kristopher K who checked us in was lovely, and he sent us a text to make sure we were happy with our room. A+ customer service. A few small cons: hvac sort of loud. I think this is because the style of this place is a lot of cement, exposed pipes, etc. This did not bother us because we like this sort of white noise when we sleep but some may not. We did find a few things to be a bit dusty in our room - lamps, tv remote, etc which was a little strange. I do wish they had smart TVs so you can pull up your streaming apps. We can't wait to return here on our next trip to Rhode Island.

Shower head was dirty with built up gunk which we cleaned off before our shower. Fridge was also making loud noises throughout the entire night. Sounded like a knocking sound all night and day. But overall the rest of the stay was nice.

Interesting hotel in a former factory building. Lots of polished concrete surfaces, kinda steampunk.
