Everything was going good until we were told that the elevator was not working 😕.
Especially when you need to get all the way to the third floor and have heath issues with breathing.

The hotel is probably the nicest in Payson but it still needs some work. The pool bars were loose and move which could cause an injury. I suggest requesting a room on the 3rd floor because the floor creeks very loud and you can hear every foot step.

It was advertised on their website that they had a shuttle to the ******. Well, no shuttle. We went down to use the hot tub. It was filthy dirty and the jets did not work. There is only one ice.machine and it was out of ice. The place definitely needs some work. The pool room floor and walls were disgusting. We will never stay there again.

The toilet had a pink circle that look dirty and the floor of the bath tub was dirty. I didn't like that
