Beds where horrible slept terrible, room cold when entered, heard the heating all night, pillows where so thin to sleep on, no carpets on flooring at all, the breakfast so called was also unacceptable, not even any water except out of water fountain offered when asked for. the so called hot eggs where like rubber and these round pre done things so did not eat them but hubby had one. Put in one piece of bread for toast it came popped up ended up on the floor and burnt, the potatoes I assumed packaged and they warmed up were cold so ended up with a banana another piece of toast burnt I scraped up and now caught before hitting floor, nothing to drink cause no water no decaf coffee, can't do OJ, and had banana...great breakfast unless you don't mind package oatmeal then go for it! thats the " breakfast" they call it. and the price is horrible even with a military discount. I am not a complainer nor do I even post but had to on this one! Do not recommend this place at all.

We were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and appeared semi/newly renovated. The staff was very welcoming and kind. The bed and pillows were too firm for us both, but we’ll be back in town for business next month and plan on rebooking here.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the staff was top-notch, very friendly and professional. The housekeeping was impeccable. We will definitely be back to Payson and stay here. Highly recommend.
