The hotel and the staff were good. The room is nice and big with good bath. Parking is free. The resturant quit good, no other place to eat excpet minimarket accros the street.
In the hotel there are a very nice store.

The staff were all helpful, friendly, and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. After booking the stay, we read reviews complaining about train noise. We heard them when we were awake, but they didn’t disturb our sleep at all. We would happily stay here again.

Base level hotel with poor restaurant. There is supposed to be a breakfast buffet but over three days it was never stocked. Front desk was incapable of providing a receipt so after I complained they hand wrote one for me. Never received maid service. I would have been far better off staying in Kingman and commuting an hour out here each day. Will not recommend and will steer coworkers away from this parody of a hotel.

Recently stayed at the Lodge in March 2024 for a family service. Service was excellent, rooms very clean and very comfortable. Restaurant staff is very friendly and extremely accommodating. Have to say that the coffee was excellent :0) :0)

Perfect one-night stay before hiking down into Havasupai. Comfortable bed and room in the street side of the lodge meant I didn’t hear any trains at all. Excellent restaurant on premises for both dinner and breakfast.

Decent and clean lodge. There was the sound of a train going by all night long — which kept some of our group up all night. Otherwise, it’s a fine a place to stay to get to Havasupai trailhead easily.

Staff were great but train goes by quite often and train tracks were not too far from the lodge.
I’m sensitive to night noise.

After we booked they sent a confirmation that said hot tub was closed. Canceled booking and requested a fee waiver. Stayed elsewhere. After booking date the lodge messaged me denying the waiver stating they never said tub was closed. Basically robbed me of $150.
