Toilet leaked toilet waste all over the bathroom. Yuck. I went straight to bed when I arrived the night before and didn't realize it untilnthe morning when I stepped right in it. Yuck. They should never have given me this room. Total fail on Hyatt's part.

This hotel always has friendly staff to welcome us, is able to assist with any questions or extra needs, and is always clean. We’ve stayed more than a handful of times here on family trips.

The stayed was good, staffs are friendly and helpful, the place cleaned. The only thing that bring down the points is that I have to pay $12/night for parking.

Staff at this property goes above and beyond to make sure that the guests are satisfied and that their needs are met. To add to the stay the breakfast that's included as well the entire menu is very satisfying‼️

The staff was great and helpful. We were able to check in early and that was a plus. I checked in online and my room key was waiting on me at the desk. The convenience was good. The hotel is situated in an area with lots of restaurants and shopping. Overall it was a good stay, and I would recommended this hotel.
