Pearl River Hotels with Wi-Fi

Room was dirty. Sheets and blankets had obvious orange and brown marks on them. They must have touched the floors before being put on the bed as our socks instantly got the same discoloration from the floor. Every surface was sticky. Furniture was busted. Chair was wet. Cable was not working and staff refused to reset it. If they couldn’t reset a box or call a provider, they didn’t explain why. They let it glitch nonstop in the lobby as well. Picture had broken lines throughout, but it was the audio - horrible. Not two words in a row were comprehensible. Every electronic item in the room was broken or busted in same way that made it unusable. Wires were shoved places without care and frayed/exposed wires were out because of it. Ac was not working properly. Froze easily. Had to leave the squeaky ac fan on nonstop so the unit quit freezing while being set 68-70. Hallway reeked of old ********* smell. Was miserable. Pieces of the tub drain that had broken off were set to the side of it. Bottom of tub had several places it had been punctured as well. Didn’t test the water to see if the parts had been removed because the water wasn’t draining. Running water in the sink worked and I didn’t see any bugs in our room. It had that going for it. Stayed one night and checked out.
