Very nice hotel, unfortunately as I entered the shower I noticed it was very slick, and warned my wife, who fell halfway thru her shower. When we informed the front desk, they told her the rooms are supposed to have anti-slip bathmats, which ours did not.

Property was near the highway but I didn’t hear the noise from it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Some variety with breakfast over a six day visit.

Hotel room was okay, plenty of room but layout with the sink area by the beds means people are blinded if you want to use the bathroom while someone else is sleeping. Our iron was broken-had to get a replacement. The recessed lights in the bedroom area were broken so there was only a dim lamp for light. All fixable items but overall unimpressed. Plus it didn’t help that the people above us were stomping around but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

I found a bug in the bed of the first room. Got moved to another room and found a bug in that bed. Management moved me to another hotel owned by the same group. The room was not as nice but there were no bugs. I checked carefully.

I want to send a HUGE "THANK YOU!!!" to Rebecca Castillo and the staff at Springhill Suites by Marriott Pearland!! They helped make my Book Launch such an Amazing, Successful event!! From the beautiful, clean hotel, to the clean, perfectly setup meeting room with perfectly arranged seats, tables (with table cloths), and mic/speaker, the hotel EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!! THANK YOU REBECCA, CHARLES, DONNIE, AND ALL OF THE STAFF!! What IMPRESSIVE SERVICE!!! 5 STARS FOR SURE!!!
