La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pecos

Check in staff dirty clothes with stains on them , child running around not professional for price paid . Room given was pet room had no pets was hard to breath from smell of room cleaning products strong to accommodate smell.. breakfast and food served poor quality. When to get coffee upon checkin Cold ….Hotel is a rig worker clientele paid 245. Canadian overpriced ratings online said 8-8 excellent … for rig workers maybe but not general public . Disappointing for sure won’t stay at this hotel change from that experience 😞

It's a good hotel, I would have given it 5 stars overall if the wireless internet connection in the room had worked.

Stayed here for 5 days. Overall was a good stay. Good complementary breakfast. Comfortable bed. Pool heater was supposedly broken, water was cold! This was a reason I picked this hotel was for the indoor pool. Back bbq atea outside could use attention. It was dirty and full trash cans. I would stay here again as long as pool heater is working.

4+ Clean and it is easy to find on I-10 east bound service drive. Good luggage cart. Plenty of 120v outlets. The lighting was good. The room sleeps 4, we had 3 but only 2 face towels, 3 hand towels, and 4 bath towels. It might have been an oversight. We picked up another face towel. There is a microwave. Small refrigerator with no freezer but the refrigerator was very cold, almost freezing. I give it a 4+ because of the cold refrigerator otherwise it was a 4.

I mainly stay at this property since they are pet friendly and close to my parents home. Front desk staff were friendly and polite. However, the beds were horrible so I didn’t sleep well. My room was close by the elevator and could hear noises thought the night/early morning. Overall the property was very peaceful but the mattresses desperately need to be replaced! Will stay here again as long as they continue to be pet friendly.

Great place to stop for the night. Bed was not very comfortable at all = very little sleep. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good!

The room was on the high price compared to other La Quinta hotels. Located conveniently close to highway. Room was clean, AC was not working very well, so the window AC unit was running all night and the bed was not very comfortable. Even thought we had all those issues, we were very tired after driving for many hrs and it was a welcomed rest. Breakfast was just ok.

It was clean and very nice service we received. Thank you.

My husband stayed here said it was very clean. He thought it was a good spor for overnite stay
