The hotel is not bad, the walls are thin though and you can hear your neighbor talking also we were given a room facing the gas station and you can hear all the trucks coming in and out.

This property should consider breakfast vouchers or something so there is food available for every one. OIl Field workers eat all the food and take all the plates, napkins, utensils and nothing left for the rest of your guests. When I asked for the food to be replenished, they refused. Probably won't be back unless a discount is offered for those who do not want the "free" non existent breakfast it all gone. We had the same thing happen at another property and they replenished up until the buffet closed.

The location is safe although a lot of trucks parked during the night. The noise is not so bad at all. The gas station is just walkable from the hotel. I’m not sure about restaurants since McDonald’s , Subway and Chester’s chicken is available at the store. The room, the bedsheets are clean and fresh.. the receptionist is so friendly.

Everything about this hotel was great. All employees we dealt with were very friendly. Byron was at the front desk on both days of our stay. He gave us a warm greeting. He provided us information on the area and good places to eat. He even came to our room to fix our tv. The hotel had a typical breakfast and also in the late afternoon had an appetizer. One evening they had potato soup - it was very good. The hotel was very clean. A very nice stay at an affordable hotel.
