Good experience here. Worth your dime to spend. Quiet and relax environment if want to get away from city life while having that resort vibe. Food was amazing by Chef Adeq. Breakfast and dinner at the Club Lounge. Very comfortable place. Well recommended!

Very spacious room, great pool facilities for kids. We will visit again as the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Great location and near attractions, 10mins drive to stalls.

Mula² check in macam ramai sangat org. Tapi kaunter semua ada 4 yg beroperasi, so kena bersabar sikit. Bab breakfast pula mmg perlu diberi "standing ovation" to the staffs and management. Mereka buka tempat breakfast satu lagi di Grand Ballroom. Makanan semua sama, cheff stationed di situ. Maka they can really accomodate the 1000 guests that time. Bravo! Pool best sbb besar. Pagi ahad tu siap ada sesi zumba air so kids enjoyyyy

We booked three rooms. Two out of the three rooms had serious problems. 1. One room had an air conditioner that was not cooling, and the technician confirmed that the blower was faulty. Despite this, we were not offered a room change or any alternative solution. 2. The second room had numerous bees inside, including a bee nest, which was a serious safety concern. We called the reception three to four times, but no action was taken. No pest control was arranged, and we were not offered another room.

Thank you to the hotel for the lovely cake arrangement. It was a thoughtful surprise and made our stay even more special. When we first entered the room, there was a slight musty smell. However, the room was comfortable, the environment was pleasant, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was truly delicious with a great variety of choices. We really enjoyed it and had a wonderful stay overall. We would be happy to visit again.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The highlight was definitely the large swimming pool, which was perfect for families. There were plenty of fun activities for kids, so our children had a great time throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food choices, which we appreciated. However, the taste of the food could be improved, as it didn’t quite meet our expectations. Overall, it’s a great hotel for families with children, especially if you’re looking for a place with lots of activities to keep the little ones entertained.

A highly recommended hotel for a family stay. The pool is very kids‑friendly, offering plenty of fun activities to enjoy together. The room is spacious and comfortable. I ordered room dining service, and the fried rice was absolutely delicious!

A last minute staycation, only 1.5hour from KL. The price is affordable with good hospitality from the staff and child friendly facilities.
