Best Hotels near Grand Metropolitan Mall Bekasi, Pekayon Jaya

I was stay in this hotel for business purpose during pandemic. The staff were friendly, food was tasty although for sahur time and the room was spacious, clean and nice view. The price itself was worth it. Over all it was a pleasant stay. I'll be back someday

Lumayanlah... Because it's just easy to sleep to change the atmosphere of the day less tv show options, For the food menu, I'm sorry, the chef tried to pick it up before serving 😁 When I ordered chicken wings, the salt is amazing ☺️ Fried rice is also very delicious, Harga Makanan ok Parking when Full is not convenient to park outside the hotel area. hope it will get better in the future

It was great to have an opportunity back to Bekasi and stayed in Horison Bekasi. Seems that they improved since my last stay. The lifts seemed to be new. They also had all hotel info on the tv. One thing I like is that they always have a new menu. This time I tried nasi goreng slametan which presentation is like yello rice fried with a pyramid shape. It was good. Their spa had also opened again.

Budget hotel with a very strategic location in Bekasi, passing by public transport a few trucks to Jakarta, adjacent to Mc Donald and Burger King stores, close to Indomaret minimarket. Standard but a bit dirty (not like hotel 88 in surabaya), unfortunately I got a room that was smoking so it smells bad, although in traveloka reservation clearly says no smoking room. Bathroom accessories are quite complete, do not get drinks in a container bowl, but there is a gallon drinking water in the corridor. Breakfast is minimal once.

Overall comfortable, especially the service is very responsive and the room is clean but unfortunately there is no stove so if you are hungry at night you have to buy it

The hotel is actually nice with an ok location, but the walls and ceilings are dirty and the paint is already torn, the facilities are ok, the hot water is on, close to the damri bus to soetta airport. Recom makes those who want to stay here.

I stayed here with my 2 friends at Twin Room for 1 night. We booked it online and did the payment at hotel. We booked the room without breakfast. Not so expensive for the price. You may find McDonald's at opposite of the hotel. TV channels worked well,spacious bathroom and bed

This is the 2nd time staying in Harris Hotel. As usual, the room is clean and has a good smell. Thank you to Mba Reza HK who is capable, patient and fast in cleaning the room and also serving customers. Also Mba Reza HK is really nice and kind person. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for hotel to stay.

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

The bed is not good. I have to change it because I go out so it hurts for a wife.
