1. The air-conditioning unit was old and not performing efficiently
2. The shower head was old and not functioning properly
3. There was no automatic door shutter
4. Only the pool was open, all other facilities were closed due to Eid Al Fitr, not acceptable for foreign visitors.
5. The whole building's air conditioning system has to be upgraded. Even in common areas, it did not function well

The preparation of the room was very slow, I arrived at 3 o'clock but it turned out the room had not been prepared and had to wait longer, I felt that additional cleaning staff was needed, initially I also asked for a room with a connecting door but the hotel said there wasn't one for the class I ordered, unfortunately it wasn't there. notified in advance via email or telephone because I ordered several days in advance, and I understand. But when you ask for a room next to each other or across from each other you can't get it, for me who wants to stay overnight with my children it is very important. For other things I think it's quite good.
