Très bon emplacement comme espéré, très proche des activités visitées. Par contre nous avions loué cet établissement pour sa piscine et pour son petit déjeuner "réputé" excellent. Nous n'avons eu aucun des 2. Piscine en fin de séjour (on va dire qu'ils y étaient pour rien, accident, mais dans ces cas on devrait être prévenu, au moins). Quant au petit déjeuner, servi dans des boîtes industrielles, soit disant à cause du covid..... Un peu de mauvaise foi. En contre parti on nous a offert un apéro le premier soir. Impossible d annuler le second petit déjeuner, que nous n'avions pas mangé, vu la qualité sous plastique. La bouilloire de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas correctement, ni la clim de la chambre. Des puces sur la terrasses. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue, on nous a mis en sous sol. Première et dernière fois pour nous, dommage, le cadre est charmant et le personnel agréable.

Atmosfera ogrodu i prywatności. Mila i pomocna obsluga jak w hotelu 5*. Skrocilismy pobyt na poludniu Krety zeby tu wrócić tak nam sie podobalo. Chlod w pokoju i kapiel w basenie pomogl sie zregenerowac po podrozy. Niedaleko smaczna domowa kucnia u Stelli. Na pewno tu jeszcze wrocimy gdyz czulismy sie zaopiekowani. Dziekujemy Maria za mile powitanie i pozegnanie naszej przygody na Krecie. Szykujemy sie do powrotu bo będziemy tęsknić.

We had nightmare memories at this hotel. Booked this property 3-4 weeks in advanced of my trip, only to find out at 9pm on day of arrival that the property was in construction and was not available. Spend 2-3 hours trying to sort things out and finally checking in to another hotel. Not sure if property owner or ******* was to be blamed, but not very happy. Only posltive thing I can say is the property owner did assist in finding alternate hotel, albeit initially sendong us to the wrong hotel.

This hotel has stunning gardens, a good-size pool & appartments are spacious, well-maintained & spotlessly clean. The manageress is very friendly & extremely helpful ( her breakfasts are really nice too)! It's in a quiet area but just minutes from the main road & bus stops or you can walk a less busy road which takes you to taverns, supermarkets & attractions such as the waterpark. This hotel deserves a much higher rating- cannot fault it & will be returning again.

Great room with excellent wi-fi. The entire hotel was very clean and is in a good location, close to the airport and within walking distance to restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. The pool area was well maintained and very peaceful. Would definitely return
