I recently needed some information about a reservation in this area. I called at 6:45 . Knowing this is a busy time but needed to make a decision! I can not rave enough about the young lady that answered the phone. Evelyn was pleasant, answered in a timely manner, gave me all the information I needed. The staff was wonderful!! I had to call to let them know i was coming in late no problem!! No problems with anything, were their to help whenever we needed them r someone. Great location not far from oak mountain state park!!! Thats where we had our family reunion!!!!Best Western PlusGreat Staff and the guy that keeps the breakfast and lobby going he's Great!!! and to all that read this$ Tipp the breakfast man PS He's the Cook too😅😂🥰🤩😜🤪😝☺️Just saying 😉 😀

It’s was clean

The overall facilities of the hotel are very good, warm and comfortable, breakfast and service are very good, it is a little distance from the airport, if you are closer to where you are going, then you can recommend it.

Reserved room online, check-in was quick and easy and done by a friendly clerk. We found the room to be very clean and well-appointed. The air was already on, which was wonderful to walk into. The bed was comfortable and the covers were cozy! Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Overall, it was a great stay! My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the price. I believe it’s a little overpriced, but not too bad.
