Front desk and staff were very pleasant and helpful! Veronica and Emily helped me check in really late at night and provided me very detailed information about hotel’s restaurants and amenities! Hot tub was on and hot late at night, it was so very relaxing! At the restaurant Andrea, Adam and the beautiful gelato server lady made our evening tasteful, pleasant and delightful! On the last day Nikki helped us checkout, fast and easy ! Stayed a little longer after check out because the hotel is just stunning, really enjoyed our time there! The room was beautiful and spacious too, the beach walk is a bit dark but a flashlight can easily fix that

One of our very favorite places, until today. Pool and beach staff were spectacular, but it was hot, so we came inside to have a drink and some food. The bartender could not have been more rude. The bar was basically empty and we did not even get a hello to acknowledge we sat down. We were completely ignored, the people directly next to us were getting their full drinks topped off while we didn’t even get a glass of water or some sign that he was going to take our food or drink order. After sitting around waiting for over 15 minutes we decided to leave. This was a very sad experience but continues to happen more and more often. This used to be a place we came at least once a year, but I think it’s time to find a new resort.

Bars in balcony fence too far apart. Our toddler could just walk thru, they put up a net to be fair but for the money they charge it's not something you want to look at. Build In Closet in room did not have a lock attached to the handle so no means to close that door. Curtains did not close. Aluminium thin ***** in front of door about an inch high, tripping hazard. Parking is awful, not enough spaces and no easy way to walk to your room so you have to use bell service. Elevator from pool level to beach pick up point does not work. Just feels old, tired and in need of upgrades. They did however bring a microwave and a net for the balcony so they are willing to help out

Cabanas take the sunny side of the adult pool. Cost of cabanas is a ridiculous $500 a day.
