Beautiful property. Baleen was an excellent restaurant. The beach was beautiful and the best sunsets. Spa was wonderful as well. Massage was excellent. I was disappointed that they did not provide water in the rooms complementary. Only other improvement would be when we checked in, the staff should have gone over the resort and what was included/available for use. We had to sort of figure it out.

Fabulous! Adrianna was outstanding! Must visit and ask for Adrianna! The food was top notch and the views are unbelievable! If you’re in the area make sure to stop and eat. This place should be rated number one. I would recommend staying overnight as well. Go Steelers!

La Playa is paradise. We don’t usually write reviews but have to rave about this place because it exceeded all expectations. My husband and I came for a long weekend trip and we didn’t want to leave this amazing resort. We had an incredible view towards the gulf from our room and balcony and enjoyed all the pools and amenities. It is so beautiful and the grounds so well maintained- It’s obvious that the management of La Playa has their finger on the pulse of every small detail (which we appreciated as architects). The food, drinks and hospitality was also superb! All of the staff were so attentive and we felt so welcomed. We had dinner at Baleen with a view of the sunset (the mahi mahi was excellent) and even got serenaded by Adriano at the end that was just the cherry on top. Highly highly recommend. Such a magical stay!

We had a 4 days getaway for my birthday on May 16th. My husband and our toddler. To say it was perfect experience is understatement. Staff is just perfect. Everybody are super friendly and helpful from valets to managers. Let me drop some names here. Nicolaus and Wenderson front desk people, Michel who helped us with the luggage was very helpful and nice. Diane the concierge was extremely wonderful and was making my son very happy and entertained. Rob tiki bar manager (maybe he’s also a restaurant manager) was amazing, very generous, but remember I had my birthday ;-). Sam will always stay in our hearts, we loved her. Vasil the waiter, whose food recommendations were exactly what we wanted and loved. Honestly, I would go on and on with names, because everybody in that hotel are sincerely super friendly. Even the maintenance guy who had to fix something minor in our room was glorious. Needless to say, we felt like home and definitely would like to come back. On a side note upon arrival home I realized I left something important in our room, we called the hotel and guess what? The package with my stuff is on the way to us. So I can’t be more happy and grateful for this wonderful birthday vacation.

We had a great time while visiting Naples and staying at LaPlaya. The location was amazing and convenient, the customer service was terrific. The system had a glitch, but they quickly fixed it and gave us $100 for waiting. The pool and beach crew Seth g up chairs and umbrellas were quick and friendly. Ilirjana, was especially sweet and helpful and kept our room spotless. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is the best in the area! Besides having a great beach a few steps away from the hotel, La Playa provides outstanding customer service all over the hotel from the valet to the front desk all the way to the beach chairs. If you are looking for a resort style with a boutique feel then that is exactly what La Playa offers. You can choose from villa style rooms, beachfront or bay front and all are fantastic. And lastly it has an amazing beachfront restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner! You can literally sit and eat on the beach. Beautiful hotel with lots of magic energy. Highly recommend it.

Morgan, Vinny, and Sam are excellent with people. I'm in the industry back in Denver at the airport, and they truly go above and beyond. They obviously enjoy what they do. I feel at home here. Everyone is just friendly. Thank you all for a very enjoyable stay!
