I had booked the urban Grenada because the tram from the bus station stops right in front of the hôtel. Then it's a ten minutes walk to the historical Center. The location is perfect because you can go out at night and find your way back without any trouble. Checking in was Quick and I got room 217. The room is OK but walls require à coat of paint. The major drawback come from the information given the hotel says: fridge and coffee maker or kettle....there was a fridge but out of order. Only noticed the second day when my fresh milk turned sour....and no coffee facilities. I asked immediately if I could be provided with a kettle or coffee maker....the lady at the front said she would care for it....she didn't. I finally asked again and someone brought a kettle without mugs, spoons, coffee or tea...well, I was soooo fed up I gave up. Breakfast was good. Hot and cold dishes. Nothing to complain. Serrano jam, salichon, tomatoe spread, butter, bread, scrambled eggs, etc...cheese and jams plus yogurt. So, considering the price paid, the hotel is a good choice but it was low season. The room didn't have a view. As far as covid prevention is concerned, they deserve a 4,/5. Very good but some customers at breakfast didn't wear 😷 masks. I didn't take any indoor pics but they are accurate.

Very close to the high-speed rail station, convenient transportation. Clean and hygienic. Recommended to stay. Stop is also very convenient. The front desk will also speak English for me who will not speak Spanish. The room is a bit small, but quiet and comfortable.

There is free parking, which is extremely cost-effective for self-driving. There is Carrefour next to it, it is more convenient to buy things, but there are not many places to eat around, mostly for fast food. The service was warm and the room was clean and tidy.

My family and I stayed here for three nights and loved the hotel. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to all places of interest. We were even able to walk to the market. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen, while small, had the basics needed. The pool was very very cold but with the heat it was needed. However, you couldn’t stay in there more than 5 minutes without getting cold. The parking is a bit of a pain. If you have a larger car you won’t be able to use their garage as there is a weight limit for the car to go down the lift. Other than the annoying parking situation, I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more. We will most definitely be back.

The hotel is relatively small, but it is in an urban area not far from the Alhambra. The location is good and convenient for traveling and wandering around the characteristic urban area. To park, you need to pay for parking in the underground parking lot not far away (16 euros/night). The guy at the hotel's reception desk was very enthusiastic and patient, helping to book taxis and so on, and he took the trouble to answer questions.

About location: Very convenient, quiet location, only five minutes walk to Columbus to meet Isabella. Regarding dining: The breakfast is very rich, and the hotel also provides afternoon tea, which is superb. About the room: Three people lived in a duplex building, which was very spacious. The only drawback is that the spiral staircase is a bit narrow. Regarding service: the staff are very enthusiastic and help guide the way with luggage. Antique courtyard building, heart water

The room was clean and compact and very comfortable. Our family of three liked it very much. The house is located in the city of Granada, with convenient transportation and convenient shopping and eating around. The host Katherine is very enthusiastic and carefully arranged throughout the whole process. Granada is beautiful.

Found it easily. The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and a good size and the bathroom was very roomy. The bed was enormous but, as is often the case, it was 2 large single pushed together and not one double mattress. However given the size of each that wasn’t too much of a problem. The room safe is not secured to a wall but screwed to a panel in the wardrobe. It could have easily been removed had anyone got into the room. Also there was no kettle in the room but that is not unusual these days. The hotel restaurant was good and well priced with a range of interesting dishes and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was only 10 minute stroll from the final stop of the airport bus which was great.

We were very pleased with the location of the hotel and if our room. Also, the room had plenty of space for both of us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We could easily navigate the city and the Alhambra from our base, and public transport was close by and easy to use.
