Very good. The facilities are sufficient. It is not possible, however, in a 5-star hotel, for the TV to be 25 inch HDready (i.e. 20 years old). Also the carpet on the floor must not have been changed since it was built.Also the entry card to the room was demagnetized twice within 24 hours.

Οι ανθρωποι στην υποδοχη πολυ ευγενικοι!!! Το ιδιο και στις υπηρεσιες spa, ιδιως η κ.Βασιλικη εξαιρετικη!!!! Στο restaurant οκεανος επισης ολα υπεροχα!! Οι ανθρωποι το κλιμα το φαγητο!! Το service στην πισινα ειναι υποδιαιστερο των υπηρεσιων του ξενοδοχειου, αλλα ισως ηταν a bad day…. Γενικα ομως μειναμε ευχαριστημενοι!

Αυτισμός και ανθρωπιά..... Σήμερα επισκέφτηκαμε το Λουτράκι για μονοήμερη εκδρομή,σαν γονείς παιδιού στο φάσμα του αυτισμού , προετοιμάσαμε την μέρα ,ακριβώς πώς θα κυλήσει με οπτικό πρόγραμμα για τον αξιαγάπητο γιο μας,μέσα σε όλα ήταν και η επίσκεψη σε πισίνα,που λατρεύει αφάνταστα.υστερα από επικοινωνία με το ξενοδοχείο ,από λάθος μας ενημέρωσαν ότι είχαμε την δυνατότητα χρήσης αυτής,αλλά οι άνθρωποι που είχαμε μιλήσει,ίσως δεν γνώριζαν ακριβώς αν μπορούσαμε,να έχουμε αυτή τη δυνατότητα.φτανοντας λοιπόν στο ξενοδοχείο ξεκινήσαμε για τον χώρο της πισίνας,στην είσοδο αυτής υπήρχε η ασφάλεια που μας ενημέρωσε ότι δεν επιτρεπόταν τελικά γιατί το ξενοδοχείο ήταν γεμάτο και μάλιστα στην πισίνα υπήρχε ένα φεστιβάλ χώρου σάλσα και υπήρχε το αδιαχώρητο.οσοι έχουν παιδί στο φάσμα αντιλαμβάνονται αμέσως,ποια θα ήταν η αντίδραση ενός παιδιού στο φάσμα,που έχει φτάσει μια ανάσα από την λαχτάρα του και μάλιστα βλέποντας την να πρέπει να του εξηγήσεις ότι όλο αυτό που σχεδιάζαμε από το προηγούμενο βράδυ,δεν θα μπορούσε να συμβεί.....αμέσως εξηγώ στον άνθρωπο της ασφάλειας της ,PnG την κατάσταση μας με το όνομα Σωτήρη πόσο άσχημο θα ήταν όλο αυτό αν συμβεί και ξεκίνησε έναν αγώνα προσπάθειας να μας επιτραπεί η είσοδος,μας πήγε στην ρεσεψιον,που εκεί ενώ ήταν σαφής η οδηγία ότι δεν επιτρεπόταν,η κυρία Βασιλική προσπάθησε να μας βοηθήσει εξηγώντας της ακριβώς την ιστορία,σε συνεννόηση με τον υπεύθυνο πισίνας κύριο Λάμπρο,τελικά μας επιτράπηκε η είσοδος να χαρεί το παιδάκι μας,αυτό που τόσο λαχταρούσε από την προηγούμενη μέρα,δεν ξέρω αν φαίνεται μικρό όλο αυτό σε κάποιους,αλλά σε εμάς και στον αγώνα που δίνουμε καθημερινά,το να βλέπεις τρεις ξένους ανθρώπους από τρία διαφορετικά πόστα,να κάνουν ότι μπορούν για να βοηθήσουν,αντιδρώντας με τόση αγάπη στο άκουσμα της λέξης και της κατάστασης ,αυτιστικό παιδί,μας συγκίνησε και δεν με αφήνει αμέτοχο να μην το αναφέρω σαν σχόλιο και να βγάλω το καπέλο και στους τρεις τους,σας ευχαριστώ πολύ,να είστε πάντα γεμάτοι και ο θεός να σας βοηθάει
