Hotel carpets and flooring could do with an upgrade. Also no food at all available at the hotel, although they did provide info of nearby eateries. Also unable to adjust temperature in my room, so felt a bit cold. However, reception staff really friendly and made me aware of lack of food etc and where to get it from. Bed also comfortable.

Stay here on a regular basis. The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly and supportive. Rooms are always immaculate. Beds are really comfy. Staff willing to go the extra mile. On out latest stay, even though breakfast wasn't included, at main reception there was a basket with fruit and breakfast bars, complementary off the team, saying "breakfast on the go"

Needed to stay overnight for an early hospital appoin**ent, this ruined out perfect, close to shops as well

Picked this hotel as it was close to the venue we were going, clean rooms and friendly team. No complaints.

Stayed here for a couple of nights at the start of March. The bed was great and room was what you would expect.A little cold at first. There was always a staff member on reception and nothing was too much of a bother. Even changed my room to a different floor so I didn’t have to use the stairs. Amazing deal for the price I paid. Would stay again.

Stayed in a load of premier inns This one is not the best The staff really welcoming The carpet leading from reception to room was discoloured which you could forgive with amount of traffic But if you sat on toilet handprint from child was on wall Never took shoes socks off didn’t feel comfortable doing so even went to bed with socks on due to carpet Then you lay in bed with light on there was a. Small bed with another handprint on wall It’s taken me a week to write this review To put this quiet bluntly beds clean bathroom shower clean carpets need attention It needs work We were looking forward to a quiet evening after being on road for 16 hours But after arriving after 8.30 getting food and returning to room we got up at 4.30 am and left Not sure we will return

We were a little taken back with the pub next door, which could do with a new coat if paint. This cast doubts on whether we had made the right choice of hotel. However, the hotel was nicer than the pub suggested and the staff were friendly and efficient. We were glad to park for free within a 10-15 minutes journey to the Trafford centre. If we'd had a mind to have a walk, there's a lovely park right next to the hotel. Though the pub's outside was not too welcoming, we ventured into it for dinner and were quite happy with the surroundings and the food. Though they did stop serving food after 8pm

I went to the premier Inn in Swinton as i was on hold for long periods of time days before, and thought it would be easier to call in. Jack was on reception and I needed to book a room for my mum, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done, booked and I was happy. I wish everyone was like him, he was so polite & helpful, he is such a lovely member of your team.

The staff were nice and welcoming from the very start of our stay. The room we stayed in was great! It was big, warm and most importantly it was clean, quiet and the bed was really comfortable :) unfortunately they don’t do food but the staff have given us some amazing recommendations nearby! I would definitely recommend staying here, we will be back in the future, for sure. Also, it is affordable!
