Nous avons dégusté la merveilleuse cuisine de cette établissement d'exception, à la table d'hôtes, qui se trouve dans les cuisines. La qualité du service et la passion du grand Chef Chevrier nous ont particulièrement marqués. La chambre était très agréable, avec une literie très confortable. La vue sur le vignoble, vraiment belle. A refaire, sans hésitation.

This is a beautiful, serene property!!! The room was beautifully decorated and spacious! The food was outstanding!! It would be nice to have options of single courses as the minimus was a four course meal or a La cart appetizers, however the frog legs we had, a La cart option, were absolutely superb!!
There is no elevator so somewhat challenging for older guests with large heavy luggage. Would be challenging at best for physically handicapped persons.

Si el lugar en sí (a tan solo 15 minutos en coche del centro de Ginebra pero en pleno campo) no fuese suficiente, la comodidad del alojamiento y, sobre todo, de la restauración -no sólo tiene 2 estrellas Michelin sino probablemente el mejor carro de quesos de toda Suiza- y del servicio lo convierten en una experiencia inolvidable. A resaltar sobre todo la profesionalidad de Claude, atento a todo en la mesa y el servicio pero sin excederse, y el entusiasmo y simpatía de Guillaume, el joven sommelier.

very helpful staff. I am 80 and reached there late at night after the canceled flight snd all. I fell down and hurt myself. Staff gave me a bandage, ice pack and took care of me

Hält nicht, was es verspricht. Aussicht auf Rhone und Industrie, Fluglärm und eine extrem laute Party nicht weit weg, nicht der Ort der Ruhe. Kleine Zimmer, noch kleinere Dusche. Das Frühstück ist unterdurchschnittlich, kein Obst, keine Früchte. Das Personal ist überfordert und füllt die Speisen mit nackten Händen auf, nachdem sie mit Besteck hantiert haben. In Zeiten von Corona geht das gar nicht und ist sehr unappetitlich! Das Restaurantpersonal hat uns als Hotelgäste im Aussenbereich ignoriert. Die zahlenden Restaurantgäste sind wichtig, die werden gut bedient und das Essen ist gut, wenn auch sehr teuer. Das Restaurant ist ein Erlebnis, als Hotelgast wird man aber nicht beachtet. Hat die vielen Sterne nicht verdient. Wir werden nicht mehr kommen.

La chambre est cosy, parfaifement équipée, mais un peu vieillotte. Le cadre est très agréable. En revanche, le petit déjeuner était vraiment décevant. Il y avait peu de choix, ce qui, au vu du standing de l'endroit, était une mauvaise surprise. Les produits étaient en revanche de très bonne qualité.
