下午三點十分辦理入住進房間後床單被罩有多處明顯污漬不知道這樣的床單是怎麼想的直接拿出來給客人睡服務員有沒有換過都不知道房間衞生差隔音差無法正常休息且房間明明標明有免費礦泉水提供進房間後沒有之後我向前台詢問一小時後也沒有拿上來房間給人感覺很不舒服躺下就會做噩夢的那種生理不適四點選擇退房前台做不了主老闆拒絕溝通
