前台服務員確實不行，但做衞生的阿姨太熱情了，就是普通的公寓宿舍的感覺，唯一優點是在景區，其他沒有任何優勢。

滿懷期待的入住大山腳下的風情酒店，感覺不爽。上半程漂流下來都是12點半以後了，本想入住後休息好了，第二天再出發。我們自己找到房間的，剛收拾出來的，門打開着的。下午4點左右服務員來敲門送來兩張早餐券，到退房都沒有再找到服務員。房門安全鎖不健全，房間裏沒有電話，沒有洗刷用具（網上預訂的清單裏是有的）前台也沒有説聯繫前台的號碼。從入住到離開，感覺就像被人扔到荒野之地的感覺。和我們一同入住的遊客不多。因為是週六，晚上有一場大約半小時的篝火晚會，工作人員還是非常盡心盡責的在參與晚會的活動。早餐沒得選擇，衹有稀飯、饅頭、雞蛋、涼拌黃瓜，鹹菜和可能有幾天了的花生米。稀飯和饅頭不錯。感覺如此優質的資源被活生生的浪費，可惜！

定了兩間房，隔音是真的差，而且沒有熱水，另一間有馬蜂，空調漏水，牆體腐爛，換了空調，又熱，凌晨3點多才睡着，跑來旅遊放鬆，本來換個房間就行了，結果酒店電話也是打不通，住的地方離前台也有點遠，沒有路燈一片黑，晚上前台一個人沒有，第二天退房甚至還説叫我不要這麼計較，多一事不如少一事，花錢來消費，結果還要被數落，衞生，衞生差，服務，根本沒人，安全更是毫不沾邊，我就想這個景區酒店，做一鎚子買賣？後面平台的去協商才願意退房費，昨天晚上入住到現在，酒店負責人連一句道歉都沒有，衹是説他們前台人員的問題，花錢來消費，還要求着他為我服務？

我們一家五口人自駕前往阿依河景區 事先定好了牛角寨酒店 要是想孩子不衹是漂流 想多玩玩水的話住牛角寨是最好的選擇 我們定了兩個標間 下午到了歇息一下 景區吃過晚飯後孩子就去玩水了 玩的非常開心 第二天早上去漂流 完美 景區裏面有餐廳可以炒菜 泡椒野生菌很不錯 中途還發生了一件事情 讓我非常動容 就是晚上吃飯的時候我媽媽去付過錢了 我不知道又微信付錢 180元 老闆也沒注意 第二天發現了重複收錢 還到處找我們 找到我之後跟我説不好意思 還退給我180元 真的很誠信 如果你去到景區遇到有人跟你打招呼 幫你帶路 不用緊張 真沒套路 那裡的原住民都很善良 入住期間晚上的篝火晚會 大家都跟着跳舞 很解壓
都是奔着清澈的阿依河去的 總體五星好評

寨子風格的酒店第一次住，還行吧，就是裏面設施比較陳舊了。夏天來住床鋪得太厚了，被子也很厚，空調開很低睡覺蓋着都熱。而且酒店在景區裏面，不能開車進去。行李多的要考慮好
