Arriving unexpectedly early afternoon, we got a very warm welcome and a great support from the host who helped us to get a late afternoon lunch in a local restaurant. The quinta is located in the beautiful scenery of the Douro valley, on a quiet and sunny slope. We got a very comfortable room with a huge bath room plus separate toilet and a balcony. The overall accomodation is spacy and comfortable, with various places where you can sit and relax, either inside or outside, in the sun or in the shade. The indoor spa facilities are compact, well fitted for couples, including the necessary props. The outdoor pool gave a welldoing refreshment. The breakfast buffet is simple and good. We enjoyed one dinner, well prepared, which was served with lots of attention - we were happy to premier the vegan dish :-). The service is very hospitable and friendly. A place to recommend and to return to!

Nous avons loué la maison entière deux semaines à l’occasion du mariage de notre fille, quatre générations ! La maison est très confortable, très bien située, une jeune femme nous a accueillis et est revenue chaque matin pour vider les poubelles et s’occuper de la piscine et du changement des serviettes de piscine ! Deux fois pendant le séjour nos chambres ont été nettoyées les draps et les serviettes changées ! Nous disposions de peignoirs, d’une bouilloire, d’un micro ondes , d’un frigo, d’un coffre-fort dans chaque chambre ! La cuisine est fonctionnelle malgré le lave vaisselle un peu vieux, il y a beaucoup de vaisselle y compris de la vaisselle en plastique pour les enfants 2 chaises hautes et 2 lits bébé ont été ajoutés ! Le vélo elliptique ne fonctionnait pas dans la salle de sport et surtout nous n’avions pas accès au lave linge librement ( pour 14 adultes, 1 bébé de 1 an , 1 bébé de 20 mois et 1 petite fille de 4 ans c’était dommage !)pour les 1 an de notre petit fils un bon déjeuner pour 20 adultes et 3 enfants a été organisé par les propriétaires service compris ! Nous recommandons cette propriété « connectée » ! Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment bon ! Le site juste magnifique avec le Douro !
