We intended to spend Chris**as Eve at your hotel. We were told at the reception upon check-in by the employee Dália that dinner would be served between 17:30//22:30, realizing this fact I again questioned the start time of dinner which was confirmed again as 17:30/ /22:30. We did not use the hotel's spa facilities as there were some crowds of people there. So we chose to have Chris**as dinner early and enjoy the SPA later. What is our surprise when we arrive at the restaurant and are told that the meal is served from 7:30 pm. When we went to reception to complain, the employee did not have the appropriate training for a 4* hotel, as he did not even know how the complaints book worked. Later the hotel manager arrived, who in a haughty, violent and inappropriate attitude invited us to leave the hotel. The next day there was a Public response on Google accusing us of racism!!!! I have a degree in Tourism, a Tourism teacher and I have never seen anything like this, as such and in order to restore the truth and our good name, and for the accusations made to be proven in court, we activate the legal mechanisms to do so.
