A one night business trip stay, I could not fault this hotel in any way, the staff were all very helpful and certainly very customer focused, the room was lovely and as for the food brilliant, I will certainly be back.

Where do I start, this hotel was absolutely the best experience from start to finish for planning our wedding. Jamie and his team could not have been more accommodating in the service and communication they provided, nothing was a problem throughout every meeting and on our wedding day, all of our guest commented on how well they were looked after and would be visiting the hotel again, even just for dinner as the service and the staff made the experience one in a million. I have to personally thank Jamie for making sure my day was flawless and Lewis for his upmost service throughout the evening and after when the guests went home. All the staff made our memorable day amazing. if I could give 10 stars I would. Kelly & Thomas 12.4.24

Visited for lunch to celebrate my hubby's birthday. Again fantastic service from the staff food was excellent. Only 1 complaint was that the Caesar sauce tasted too much with anchovies but that's to my taste I did eat it but might not have it again. Other than that we had a great lunch, hotel is walking distance for us but would recommend to all

This was the perfect getaway when visiting Edinburgh! A short drive away after a busy day and we were greeted by the gorgeous building.
The staff were all really friendly and welcoming.
The room was beautiful, very clean, the biggest bed I’ve ever seen.
The shower was unreal.
And the breakfast… wow. I love my breakfasts and it was PERFECT. Highly recommend the Scottish breakfast.

4 friends attended the Michael Jackson tribute night with the fantastic David Boakes and dancers. It was a fantastic venue, great service, great performers. Bar service was quick, table service was offered as well. We didn't have any food but it was on offer. We will be back.

This is a gem of a hotel, very nice friendly and professional staff, nice cozy bar and restaurant, excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner with a good selection of wines and beer, overall I would rate this hotel as 5 star

Was gifted an overnight stay in the Craigie hotel. Our room was spacious and modern. Lovely comfortable bed. Large ensuite toilet with spacious walk in shower. Fluffy big towels. Scottish fine soap products is an added bonus. Can honestly say this hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Lovely helpful staff. Nothing to much trouble. Great food and was plentiful. Could go on and on but all said before in previous reviews. You would not be disappointed if you stayed here.
