Mohawk Kudil in Poconos !Njoy Your spring with Hot Tub, Private Pool & Game Room

The house was clean, spacious, and located in a great neighborhood. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay and well worth it.Unfortunately, the private swimming pool was unavailable due to storm damage before our stay. The community also offers amenities, including a pool, but we were required to register at the community office before we could use them. The office closes early (around 2:00 PM), and with our trip itinerary/check in time, we weren’t able to register in time. When we finally had the opportunity, it was July 4th and the office was closed.We feel this registration requirement should have been communicated before our arrival, or the guest passes should have been provided in advance. Knowing this ahead of time would have made planning much easier.The garage also had a noticeable dog odor, which was a bit unpleasant. Additionally, the backyard and fire pit area were somewhat disorganized and could have been better maintained.Overall, we enjoyed the house and would recommend it. Just be aware that if you plan to use the community amenities, be sure to register with the community office as soon as you arrive or early the next morning.

Hi, We have stated in several places over the course of the past few years in Pa. I have to say that this stay/home is bar the the top/best place we have stayed. Very spacious , clean and has everything you need for a summer vacation. We will definitely book in the future!!!

We had a lovely time here in a group with 5 adults and 6 children. The host was very responsive to messages and the space was laid out exactly as advertised. The game room helped make the house a pleasant place for us to relax and let the kids play. Would have been a five-star stay if we hadn't missed a few things that are generally available at vacation rentals: extra towels and washcloths, another roll of paper towels, a broom, extra blankets for chilly nights, etc.

An unforgettable vacation. The stay was great, thank you. My family and I all had a great time. We would return in the future.

Me and my family really enjoyed our time in the house. The house was neat, clean and spacious. We all had a good time in playing in the game room, swimming in the pool and roasting marshmallows. Checking in and checking out was so smooth. We will definitely book again in the future.

Great family weekend!! We had our annual family weekend in Poconos. There were 11 of us ranging in age from 23 to 84. There was more than enough room for everybody to have their space but for all of us to be together when we wanted to as well. The game room and private pool were a big hit!! The property manager was so good at responding to all our questions. Wonderful house. Will definitely stay again.

Mohawk Trail Stay We thought the house was just like the listing. The property team was responsive. The lake nearby for swimming was perfect every time. The only drawback was not having immediate access to natural water directly but a two minute drive was fine. The house could have more pots and pans and a keurig for us modern drinkers. Other than that, a lovely stay here!

Wonderful house / some details needs attention I usually rent houses every year to spend time with the family . The house was big , clean and organized. However, there are some details that I think it should be addressed : In the kitchen there was no blender and there was no broom to sweep the house . There were used bar bath soaps and shampoos . I think is unhygienic to use a bath soap that was used by another person . Unfortunately, due to the weather we were not able to use the pool . We tried to use it the last day of stay because was kind of warm but the pool was not clean and I was told no one clean the pool because the weather was bad . I think this should address regardless the weather . The jacuzzi was good and clean . The communication with the property manager was excellent. The experience was good and we enjoyed at this house just those details were very concerning . Im sure for next time will be better .

Nice Property and Owner! We had a really nice time at the house! Plenty of space for everyone. The kids had fun with the entertainment available in the house. There were some minor hiccups, but AK was very responsive and ensured everything was good. We would definitely stay here again.
