AmericInn by Wyndham Thief River Falls

The room appeared to be recently remodeled and very clean. Staff very helpful, breaksast looked very good and they had a kind lady offering to make waffles, etc. very nice lobby. Unfortunately the bed linens were terrible. Very thin, possibly even microfiber, definitely not hotel quality. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable with slight odor. Room had faint smoky odor. This would be 5 star review if not for those crappy linens.

We plan to stay here every time we come to Thief River Falls. It was excellent. The staff was very friendly and we really thought the breakfast couldn't be better. It was a very good experience and left feeling like we were so glad that we stayed there instead of someplace else.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was great and accommodating. The pool area had a pool table and some games. The breakfast was great.

We visit Thief River several times a year & stay at the AmericInn during many of those visits. Previously, we've been happy with the accomodations, but recently, the quality has declined. During our last visit, the ice machine & the vending machines were broken (although we could get ice from the front desk if there was any left). The pool area is almost always out of towels, the mechanical room was taped closed with duct tape & the water level in the pool was so high that it flooded the entire pool sitting area (more than 1 staff member walked through & didn't say or do anything). The work out room is a joke - the equipment is old, barely works & the room is full of empty water jugs. We'll be staying at one of the other hotels during our next visits.

The staff here is courteous, attentive, and respectful! The hotel is clean and well taken care of! An all around great atmosphere . And to top it off the breakfasts are amazing!!!! We will definitely continue to come back.

AmericInn Thief River Falls was great! Rooms were very well sound-proofed which made for great sleeping. The staff was so helpful, friendly and right out and available. I borrowed tools to fix my bike, more than once. They cheerfully made copies of room key every time I locked myself out. They were great! Thanks to all !

Nice and clean hotel! Enjoyed our stay here. Not enough light at the mirror for applying makeup. The door to the room needed some work done on it. It did not shut properly. A dog was in the rooom next to us. It wimpered for nearly 2 hours! But, then all was good! Thank you to the staff for an enjoyable visit.

Like the stay at Americinn as always with any of them. Restful night and a good breakfast and then off to see the area. The only draw back was highway 59 under construction but that is not there problem.

Staff were really down to earth and helpful. As soon as we entered the dining area, Colleen informed us of our choices and offered (we accepted) to make us delicious waffles. The bed/pillows were comfy. If I find myself in Thief River Falls, I would stay again.
