We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel near good restaurants along the beach. This hotel achieved what we were looking for. We were a family of three adults and reserved 2 queen beds. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a room with a king size bed, 2 bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa which was actually comfortable. Our room #419 had a sweeping view of the Gulf. Breakfast was included but ends a bit early at 9:30. Complimentary parking was available. Some of our favorite restaurants within easy walking distance was Native Cafe and Flounders.

Wonderful hotel! Queen beds had a separation of living space, almost two rooms. Minor issue in the room was attended to immediately. Best heated pools ever (I’m a cold wimp) (3 pools total). Hot tub was hot. Very attentive staff. Shout out to Charlotte who made our stay delightful. Reasonable prices, no parking or resort fees.

Why SpringHill Suites remain a 2.5 star only! Extended another day with SpringHill Suites in Pensacola Beach with the front desk staff Erikka before 11 am. She said everything was set and good to go. Went out to eat and Erikka called and said the credit card needs to be scanned again for accidentals, inconvenient but ok. Came back to the hotel and the keys were disabled. The hotel was paid for at this point but the room wasn’t able to be accessed. Went to see Erikka and asked why the keys were disabled and she said the credit card needs to be scanned again for accidentals. She did not mention anything about the keys being disabled until she scanned the credit card again. VACATION is all about customer experience, Erikka failed to complete the extended stay registration the first time in the morning, then she failed to communicate about the keys being disabled causing their guests to be stuck outside the room, finally she failed to acknowledge her over sight and kept insisting about the credit card for accidentals. Hope SpringHill Suites can elevate their customer service and experience for everyone!

This place is very child friendly with 3 pools (one a splash pod type for small children) and right on the beach. Many places for meals within easy walking distance.
The rooms are well appointed and look new and have a lot of room!

The stay at this facility for my family of 4 was a pleasant and enjoyable one. We would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking to enjoy a nice beachside getaway for some fun and sun as a family.

This is a beautiful hotel. We had a beautiful view of the beach. We saw a pod of dolphins swimming from our balcony.
