The exercise room was quite small. The restaurant staff was nice but not too quality, more like diner service.

Everything was perfect , the atmosphere was perfect for our family ❤️❤️

Perfect for family getaway.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location right on the beach with the most beautiful white sand. Rooms were spacious and clean. Service warm and friendly. Facilities were second to none, the pool, lazy river, hot tubs and fire pits were all amazing. Highly recommend this hotel 😊

We just returned from an improtptu stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our group included three adults and three kids ranging from 3 to 70 years old, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. We were in Orange Beach and decided to come and boy we are so happy we did!! The resort offers a great variety of games and activities for all ages—our kids had a blast playing ping pong, giant Jenga, and corn hole. There are scheduled activities going on all day, and during our visit, they even had a Pirate Show and a Mermaid Show, which were huge hits with the kids. On the weekends, there was live music on the pool decks, which added such a fun and relaxing vibe for the adults. We loved having access to multiple pools across different properties, plus at least four hot tubs (maybe more!). The lazy rivers, yes 2 of them, were my favorite part!! There’s also a game room and an indoor pool, which came in handy when the weather wasn’t ideal for the beach. Speaking of the beach—it was clean, beautiful, and just steps from the resort. The on-site food was tasty (better than most hotels), and the ice cream parlor was a hit with both kids and adults. The resort offers a full menu and a breakfast buffet that, while your typical Holiday Inn-style spread, was not bad at all. What really stood out was the exceptional service—especially from (I believe) Lisa, who was so kind to us this morning. Everyone we encountered was geniuenly friendly, accomodating, and every staff member we met welcomed us. I also want to give a special shoutout to Devin at the bar, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His hospitality really helped make the trip memorable. There was another person helping him out, I think it was Matthew? but you guys really hit it out of the park! As an IHG Rewards member, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room, which made our stay even better—especially since I didn’t even ask for it. The balcony view was absolutely beautiful, and the room itself was very comfortable. The beds were cozy, the water pressure in the bathroom was perfect, and the hot water never ran out—all the little things that really make a difference after a long day at the beach. I wish I could remember the awesome ladies who checked us in but they were working together Tuesday around 2pm and really helped us get to using the facilities even though we couldn't check in yet. They also called us when our rooms were ready. Awesome service! This resort truly offers the best of both worlds: family fun and adult relaxation. We’re already planning our return trip. Highly recommend to families, couples, and anyone looking for a stress-free beach getaway!

We stayed at the Holiday inn during Blue Angel week. The rooms were pretty good, clean and have balconies looking at the ocean and pool. They have a restaurant, which is not real big, and gets crowded, but they have take out as well.They have a bar and ice cream shop and small gift store inside. There is tiki bar outside by the pool that’s nice and you can also order food. The pool is big and has a lazy Susan. If you stay at the Holiday inn, you can also use the pool hotel door, Fairfield inn, the Hilton and the Hampton inn, that was a nice perk. Would definitely recommend.
