The best feature is the proximity to the airport itself. It literally took about two minutes fior the hotel's free shuttle to get to the entrance of the hotel.
The rooms are reasonably priced especially in the current economy, clean and amply supplied with incidentals.
There's a 24 hour restaurant and bar on the premises and Starbuck's coffee is available there.

Our flight was canceled due to weather, and the staff at this hotel was very accommodating, professional, and friendly. They were amazing.

This place was absolutely gross.There was trash, and food crumbs throughout hotel hallway, the room was filled with dust, poop splatters in the toilet, facial hair in the sink, wet carpet& the room smelled of wet/mold.. it was also 80 degrees in the room with the ac turned off. The manager wanted to help with the smell of the room by offering to spray something from a can. Passed on that. My feet turned black after walking in the room for no longer than 2 minutes. The manager did mention they were operating with a Skelton crew this day, but still completely unacceptable. We checked out as quickly as we checked in. Will not be back. Sad status of a hotel for a Hyatt. I have stayed at many throughout the country and they have always been quite clean, this place should be stripped and remodeled.

I literally made my reservation just before my flight out of DFW and arrived 2 hrs later at midnight. My reservation was registered without a glitch! You guys are awesome!

Sheets were worn with tears. Towels were frayed and thin. Hallway carpet way worn and dirty. Shuttle service was amazing. Breakfast was outstanding, very clean with a large variety of items. Front desk staff was very help and friendly.

I had a great experience at the Hyatt, the front desk was very helpful and recommended some great restaurants and shopping facilities. Not only recommending but transporting me to and from excursions around the area.
