The Pensacola Beach Resort

Lovely facility right on the beach. All rooms offer water views. Housekeeeping does a great job; the place is immaculate. Outdoor pool is heated making a cool weather swim possible.

Wonderful location right on the water. Room was very nice with a great view and balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The parking was convenient, and the rooms are clean and spacious. There’s direct access to a beautiful beach, and I highly recommend the balcony room overlooking the Gulf. The pool was also very nice. The WindRose restaurant onsite has a great breakfast. Our sever Donna was excellent. We plan to return again next summer!

This will be our last time here. Been coming here since it opened as M-Ville. Just not worth it. It isn’t a resort, it’s just a hotel with a pool and a cabana bar. The beach service is good and it is through a third party. All the food is in to-go containers, feels like always eating takeout or a catered box lunch, no extra effort in the food, it’s ok but no presentation or anything special, which there should be for the cost. After the second day we stopped eating at the hotel. There are cost cutting reminders all over the place, drinks don’t even have umbrellas, and the earlier mentioned to go containers, never enough pool towels. They do keep the lobby and common areas clean. Not easy with all the sand, and the housekeepers were very friendly as was the bellman. Gift shop attendant not so good. The rooms are getting a bit tired and moldy in the restrooms, hallways look nice. The IRD is t the best, quick but meh on quality for cost. The pool was overserving people to the point they can’t walk, we saw this 3 different times. One time at the bar a lady couldn’t even hold her head up and slipped off the bar stool. Classy place. Bartenders were all nice and even let us know what food not to order. The live music at the pool was really good, he also plays over at Crabs. The inside restaurant bartender makes a perfect mojito among other drinks. He was very good, good conversation. We had an issue with the room and front desk missed by a mile, not going to even get into details but recieved zero follow up or anything. We felt blamed for their issue. After a week it left us with the feeling of “ we got you to come here and got your money so we’re done”. Really has slipped from what it used to be. It’s too bad, but luckily we found other places.
